what is cardio so i make sure and do it lol

weights is lifting weights i think

before you say i'm stupid for not knowing i'm 14 lol it's not like i have a homeschooling clas on how to get fit

Cardio is any exercise that makes your heart go faster. Running, walking, skipping, swimming ...
Weights is weights ... indeed ... any resistance exercise. Pushups ...
How are you eating?

would dancing be counted as cardio i know traditional Native American dancing counts but does hiphop count?

eating hmmm i try to eat some of all the food group i need to work on veggies though other then that i just eat normal stuff but only when i'm really hungry or really full or unless i'm celabrating something (and superfreakinbowl is nothing to celabrate for me)

i don't eat as much sweets anymore either

Dancing is fabulous especially because it's fun. If you can work up a sweat several times a week, you're heading in the right direction.
Protein, vegetables, fruit and oatmeal! The big four!

sweet!! yeah i have a "ritual" everyday i dance to Fighter by christina agulara or w/e i don't like her but it's a good song
