    weights is lifting weights i think

    before you say i'm stupid for not knowing i'm 14 lol it's not like i have a homeschooling clas on how to get fit
  • Cardio is any exercise that makes your heart go faster. Running, walking, skipping, swimming ...
    Weights is weights ... indeed ... any resistance exercise. Pushups ...
    How are you eating?

  • would dancing be counted as cardio i know traditional Native American dancing counts but does hiphop count?

    eating hmmm i try to eat some of all the food group i need to work on veggies though other then that i just eat normal stuff but only when i'm really hungry or really full or unless i'm celabrating something (and superfreakinbowl is nothing to celabrate for me)

    i don't eat as much sweets anymore either
  • Dancing is fabulous especially because it's fun. If you can work up a sweat several times a week, you're heading in the right direction.
    Protein, vegetables, fruit and oatmeal! The big four!
  • sweet!! yeah i have a "ritual" everyday i dance to Fighter by christina agulara or w/e i don't like her but it's a good song
