I am still working on losing the baby weight (after over 1 year
) and I have about 10-15 lbs to go until I can fit into my old jeans.
However, I have found that whenever I try to limit my food comsumption, I end up feeling blah and without any energy.
I used to be pretty good about getting on the treadmill or going for hourlong strolls with the babe but lately, my courage has completely gone away, never to return.
I thought I was eating the right things, ya know, whole wheat things, protein, low fat dairy fruits and veggies etc etc but I guess I must be doing something wrong.
I also must admit to the late night sugary snacks and the 2 big morning coffee cups ...could that be it?
Coud any of you experts out there tell me what I should do to regain energy?
