MONDAY: Today is Mission Monday. Our mission this week is is good ole food preparation. Let's pay attention to how we prepare the food we eat,. Use Pam instead of fats, cut off fat from meats, when cheese is called for, go light, substitute Splenda for sugar etc. It is amazing the calories we can cut just preparing food! Good Luck!
My adorable dh woke me to the smell of BACON this morning! IS there anything that smells as good as bacon that is about as bad as it comes?

I thought I was dreaming, but I wasn't dreaming about eating!
Instead of bacon I get mandarin oranges for breakfast! What a switch. I started lighting candles in the house to get rid of the smell. It is one of those foods that I think the smell can drive you to eat (unless you are a vegan and then it would probably gag you, but that certainly isn't MY problem!)
I took off exercise yesterday but am going out for a walk this morning. My dd called yesterday on her way to work and ask if I was sore that she could hardly walk. Wahoo, was it great to tell her this old fat lady didn't have a sore muscle on her body! You saw how skinny she is!
Well, I need to finish this upstairs this morning and tackle the downstairs so want to get hopping.
