Hi,
I've looked around and couldn't see a thread for the 190s, so I made one up.
Just hit 200 lbs today so I will be hanging out here.

I never find the 190s threads myself. Im hoping to be 189 by st pattys day....but we will see.
Ive been working some odd shifts and my carb cravings have been rather intense lately. I just get sick of eating salads.

Down to 199.8 lb today, here's hoping I lose a bit more by tomorrow. I can't stop eating sugar, or junk food, either!

There's a 190s thread in the 30-somethings group.

Anyway... I'm also in the low 190s after a pregnancy, and still unable to shake it off.

198.9 as of today! I haven't seen onederland in soooo long.

nickilaughs - 189 by St. Patty's Day sounds like a totally manageable goal! You can totally do it. Also I Know what you mean about late night carb cravings - that's my biggest weakness. >.<

Im down to 196.6. So i have 6 weeks to lose 7 lbs. My sisters baby shower is 2/28, and im concerned how I will do with the amount of champagne there will be.

196.6. I feel like weight came off a lot easier before 30. i think I focus too much on numbers. I know my clothes fit a lot better.

I'm still stuck at around 200 lbs… I've dialled in my exercise, 10,000 steps a day. Now I need to dial in calorie restriction for this to work.

I am about 200. What is everyone else doing to lose weight? I have thought about the 10,000 step thing. I have also been interested in the garcina pill. Any suggestions?
