sonickel, I am sort of bouncing around, too. Yesterday, I weighed in at 197.4. This morning, 198.4. I eat out 4 days/wk and cook on the other days. I have noticed a pattern now. When I eat out, I always select what is on my South Beach plan as close as possible, but I think it has to do with the salt in restaurant food and my weight goes up the next morning. Last night we were running errands and decided to eat out. I had pork barbeque, no sauce, baked beans (probably had a tad of sugar) and cole slaw (which probably had a tad of sugar, too). On South Beach you try to refrain from eating anything with sugar in it, so it won't set off any cravings. I have had this for dinner before, so I know it doesn't. Then I sat and watched my DH eat banana pudding. I had a tiny little taste, about the size of a dime. Then came home and had my little square of 70% dark cacao chocolate (which is allowed) and that satisfied my sweet tooth.
