Hi, I'm new to this forum, but figured I'd jump in and post in case anyone else is on here trying to get out of the 90's. I am breaking my loss down into benchmarks by decades . Started a hair above 200, at 196.7 today! Looking forward to getting into the 180's!
Yep! The holidays have added a couple of pounds so now I'm firmly back in 190s, doh! 189 is a really exciting milestone and I'm looking to get there in the next few weeks.

I have been in this 190s thread before. For the past 6 months I have been bouncing between the 190s and the 200s. I don't want to go back into the 200s anymore. Been there, done that. I would like to try the 180s for a while. LOL Here's hoping we can all stay on track and keep dropping.
New here, just weighed in this morning and I am 192 lb. My target is 135 so I have a way to go! At the moment I am just going to be calorie counting. Here's to all of us "losing it" (in the nicest possible way) in 2016!
I'm just barely scraping in the group, I was 197 yesterday, by my sketchy scale. I've struggled since I was 23 or 23 to come out of the 190s and 180s, and have yet to break the barrier, but this is my year...I'm 39 and I'm determined to try and lose 40 by 40! I lift weights, run, bike and swim, and just started back eating strict paleo w/very low carbs. I'm prediabetic and insulin resistant and losing weight is the biggest uphill battle EVER, despite my levels of constant activity. The only thing that has ever worked is paleo eating/super low carbs.
The start up process is the worst (I keep telling myself). Once I purge the "I can't eat that" urges, I'll be fine. And isn't it always the things we never USUALLY want to eat that cause us to be obsessively hungry over?
Hi, everyone out there -
I saw that this thread hasn't been alive for a while, so I thought I'd try to resuscitate it. I weighed in at 199.1 for the preceding two days (today's 200.8 = TOM) and would love to find more 190s people to buddy up with!
