Welcome alc1985! I hope you meet your loss goal soon, too! But, while you are here, what is the "Dukan Diet" and what do you like/not like about it?

I hope everyone is doing well. I woke up to 155.8 this morning! I had a girls night out last night and had wine and a burger, so I was surprised to see a new low this morning. I have given up trying to predict and just keep to my eating plan more times than not and continue to ride 10-20 miles almost daily. This is probably the last shorts wearing week -- I need to find some long pants for riding!!!! burrrrr

nightowlrn yes I wear a size 10 in most pants. what are J. Jill? LOL my Lucky Brand jeans are all 10, and so are my Michael Kors slacks. It really just depends on the brand because some run small and some run big! I wear a 10 because sadly most of my size in in my butt! needless to say most of my pants gap at the waist because I am pretty curvy.

This is the place for me! I've been struggling to leave the 150's for what seems like forever at this point. I hit 148 about a month ago but then gave up on eating with any kind of control for like 2 weeks, and well here I am again. Almost out of the 150's, but I know it's gonna take a little time still!

After gaining/bloating on vacation, I'm back to where I was - 152.0. The heat is hard on me this week - my tendency is to eat, rather than try to drink water.

Hello 150's crew! i hope the weekend finds everyone well and sticking to whatever plan is working.
- Travel weight -- ugg -- I hear you. All the salt and carbs are hard to avoid when eating out. I traveled 2 of the last 4 weeks, so October was a tough one for me. But, I managed to squeak out a few pounds. Riestrella's Halloween Challenge really helped keep me going.
- Xriotgirl - wow! welcome and it looks like you will be partying in the 140's soon. Gogogo.

Hi All,
I am thrilled to be joining the 150s. Although, I do hope it flies by quickly. The weight does seem to be coming off much more slowly. Diminishing returns, I guess. Only one pound to go to be below my husband. Fingers crossed!

I am excited to be here and share in your adventures!

Welcome O&E !! Wow...you are almost to BMI 25. Wonderful. Just wonderful. I understand it is slower as you get closer to a normal BMI, but well worth the patience. Do you have a plan for maintenance yet?

Hi There,
My next goal is a normal BMI. Hope I get there! I think I will stick to tracking calories and working out. I do know I need to up the strength training big time. Sigh. I am sure I will enjoy it if I find a way to do it at home. I do best with a plan and checklist. Any suggestions?
I am feeling a lot more hungry lately with just a small calorie drop. My tracker program (Microsoft Lose It) had my drop into the 1400s and I feel hungry when I go to bed. I have lost close to fifty in the past year without really struggling with this at all. Anybody know any tricks for this?

Nightowl: you are so close to making it out of 150s!!! Rounds to. . .

I haven't been weighing recently and scared to get on the scale.

My current problem is ordering takeout due to being too tired to cook when I get home from work. Also my supermarket is not so conveniently located, while in my previous apt it was just on the way home from work, here I have to go out of my way.

I really, really need to get a gym routine going since I know that will give me more energy. I will go to the supermarket today to get some stuff like bars that I can eat before working out in the morning. I usually have trouble sleeping if I work out in the evening, so that's the reason why I will do it in the mornings.

Good luck to everyone!
