well I'm finally back in this thread after quite a few months of being between 165 and 167

Granted, yesterday I was 159.6 and the day before 159.4, and today I've seen a small bounce up to 160 but that's not going to stop me from posting here

I've been consistently in the 159 range for over a week and a half so I'm claiming it
It sucks to remember that 2 years ago I was almost out of this thread! I got down to 153 on a consistent basis, and did hit 150 a time or two. AND THEN...here I am. So of course I'm 2 years older and it's now that much harder to do!
I want to add that I'm currently in SBD phase 2 - although I did eat cheesecake the other night.
today's menu (planned)
breakfast - Trader Joes pecan pumpkin oatmeal
lunch - ground turkey w/garlic basil spaghetti sauce over zoodles
dinner - typical Sunday barbecue! DH will grill chicken breast, filet mignon, burgers, and pork chops - I'll probably have a pork chop and some steamed broccoli or asparagus
snacks - mini babybel light, Trader Joes root vegetable chips
I have a pumpkin cider to drink later...might only have half of it.
