Hello nancylmrn. It seems like 65 is a sticky place for me too, I've been hovering between 66-64 for 1 1/2 months it seems when will it end?? I think my true talent may be maintaining...rofl
I'm checking in after 2 weeks...I was 166.4 last time I talked to you guys, I've gotten it down to 165.2 today. I would be more excited if I haven't seen this weight like a thousand times lol. Hoping to give you guys some more exciting news next week! |

WI this am 163.0 how can one gain when calories are low??? the eternal question. Today cal low again and I worked out guess I will see what tomorrow brings

Made it back down to 164.8 that infamous number...my lowest weight so far that I've hit 3 times and then gone up xD. Will be death gripping the wheel on the car of will power this weekend to make sure I can make it down to see some new lowest weight records for me!

Hi all....checking in for the first time in awhile. Today's weight is 166.2. This also seems to be a tough place for me to be. I've been lurking in this zone for a few weeks now. I did put on about 1.5 over the holiday weekend with too many carbs and alcohol. Luckily, it's come back off and another couple of ounces as well. I've decided I have to keep plugging away at a slower pace. Our summers are very social so maintaining is a win and losing even slowly is a bigger win.

Hey everyone! I'm an old member of 3FC and now I'm back (sadly) lol. I started off at 169. Today I am 164.8! Glad to be in the 160 group- but I hope I don't stay long lol. Just looking for support! This was such a great source in my previous weight loss journey(that was a kid ago and a few years)

Good Morning all! Today I am at 165.8. If slow and steady wins the race, I will be the ultimate champion! It feels so slow but its still coming off so that is what matters. At the rate I am going, I will still be here by Labor Day. The 170's felt the same way and then one week bam! Out of nowhere I dropped 3 lbs. I can only hope for the same here.

Well Sundays WI 161.8 still hovering and will not weigh in again until next Sunday. Still exercising pretty steady 5 days a week using Fitness Blender purchased program. I think I am doing Fitness Blender 30 which each day gives you a workout routine approx 30 min long and an extra credit workout usually about 10 more min. But today it was kickboxing day, I don't do kickboxing I am not coordinated enough....so what does my goofy brain pick. Why not the 1000 calorie burn workout that is 87 min long. Holly Molly batman I am tired and sore but want to see if this blast workout will head me down a pound on Sunday

I'm back, I'm not dead yet, but have not been as successful as I had hoped. I've been weighing 66's, 65's, and high 64's over and over again. I think I weigh basically exactly the same on a monday as I have been the last 2 months, and the same on thursdays...etc. It's very annoying. I'm rethinking my approach again. My first approach starting this was a little on the challenging side for me. I started out doing great (like most) but eventually got caught up and grew stagnant. Approach 2 started a week and a half ago, and I can already see it's doing nothing for me either. That approach was basically my old approach but less organized. I think that was even worse for me. So I am trying a 3rd new approach. I think I'm going to try waiting a solid 2 months with the new approach and evaluating if it's good for me or not. Hope you all are doing fine and congrats on all of your hard work! |

Dani Awesome job! I am dragging my heels and my weight around with me at the slowest pace ever! Not gaining so I am happy about that but it is summer and we have a lake house with way too many treats and too much food with the extended family and kids around. Add a gaggle of neighbors, friends, campfires, alcohol and smores....its lucky that I am able to lose even a few ounces a week. The most important thing is, I have not gained! I will keep after it.

Thank you! You, too - it is great that you are taking it easy for a few days and enjoying the summer! It is awesome that you are maintaining given the temptations:) - I am trying to stay away from everything so i can focus now as i know it is so much easier to lose at this weight. Once I get to 160 it slows down a lot, so I am trying hard to stay focused. Best regards and good luck to everyone else out there! |

First time posting, I've been a lurker for a while. I weighed in at 163 today, I've lost roughly 28 pounds this year so far. I've been hovering around this weight for a while now, I think I've been too lazy when tracking my calories, so I'm hoping to knuckle down and finally lose the last 20 pounds.

I'm 161.2 today, I usually get stuck around this weight and lose hope and order pizza, but I'm going to keep sticking to the plan this time. I hope to be in the 150's this time next week!

Wow, finally found my way to the 160s thread! I'm at 163 even today. I can't go about hoping to be out of the 160s super quickly, as I have a trip with a ton of delicious food looming in the near future (TWO WEEKS AHHH!). I'd better make sure I get back on track though - that's always the big concern. Lol! |
I finally got to 163.8 today. I had been around the same weight (164-167) since May 25th. I think I might have plateaued that whole time. I'm hoping I got over it.

Currently stuck at 165.6. I broke through briefly to 163.8, but it is very hard to budge out of the 165 point. Hoping for a breakthrough soon. I know plateaus are just par for the course, but waiting to make headway stinks! |

Thanks! Back up to 163.8 this morning, but still an overall improvement. Hot date tomorrow, so hoping tomorrow's weigh-in will give me a positive result. I wish I was in the 150's, but hey - down is down! :)

161.4!!!! It is an echo chamber in here, but still, exciting to scream into the echo chamber! A new low for me that I have not seem in many, many years and seemed SO far off! If I can get down to 160 and beyond next week, how wonderful it would be!!! :)

Hi Everyone, I haven't been on this site in a while, but decided I need to start having more accountability and thought this might be a good place for daily check-ins and journaling where I'm at every day. Looks like the 60's thread isn't very active, so if anyone else is out there lurking, come join me. :)
I've been hovering between 166-168 for FAR too long and time to start paying attention to my habits and making a push to the next decade. I'm right at that tipping point of feeling at least "normal" as far as how my clothes fit, how I feel, etc. so just want to stick with it and not become complacent. W.I. today: 166.9 |

I've been hovering around 170 for while. Since I was 167 this morning, I think I've left the 170's behind me.

I was like 164-172 since May. I finally got to 160.2 today. I've been trying really hard. Today I did an hour of excercising, 21,000 steps and ate my usually 1,280 calories. I plan on doing the same tommorow and weighing myself on Monday. I'm pretty sure I'll be below 160. My target goal is 145. I really am hoping to lose these last 15 pounds by November.
I can fit into a size 8 and Hollister jeans, so I am hoping to get to one of my last goals of getting to my target weight in November. Which marks the 2 year anniversary of when I started my weight loss journey. |
I got to 159.4 today. I am really happy.
