143.6. A huge drop..but I changed up the way I'm weighing now just wearing my underclothes because usually I weigh in my pjs but they vary in weight. Calories was good today. Got 2 workouts in. Now I'm ready to conquer the weekend.

Eagle - Yeah, I agree that theproduct pushing is tacky while the workouts are so good. That's interesting how they depend on the shakes to make BoD profitable. I rly liked T25, and apparently so did my scale bc I was down to 143.2 this morning! I'm probably dehydrated. I modified most of the moves and got discombobulated during some. I'm glad to hear it gets easier doing them.

Nichols - Congrats in the drop! I'm all about the underclothes WI.

I knew that 143 was a fluke. 145.6 this morning. Did good today.. Not perfect but got a lot of working out in...passed on the cake at the bday party and ate an iced pretzel instead..was at the high end of my calorie range..so hopefully I still drop. Hope everyone did well today

Fluctuations like that can be maddening, I know, Nichols. I was 145.8 yesterday, 144.2 today. I weigh myself the same time, same way every day, it helps me to keep variables out of it.

Chunkah, hoping your rocking that T25! I can't wait until I can get back to it. I took a break due to both not feeling well and to having other things to do (helping install flooring and other things of that nature). Life should return to normal after we get moved next month- September should be much better.

144.0 today...saw the scale flirt briefly with 143.8 which was exciting, haha. Maybe tomorrow.

Eagle - I bet you'll be so happy when all the home/moving projects are done!

I've done T25 three times so far, all at the first level. I did Cardio twice and Speed once. I'm one of those exercisers who loves a workout that makes me super sweaty and T25 passes that test! I can't remember the Speed workout (due to poor sleep, I was doing it at an ungodly early hour before my capacity to form memories kicked in). If I don't modify a lot of the moves in the Cardio workout, my wonky left knee starts to act up. My mind gets a little worried that all the modifications I'm doing will slow my strength development. I'm still going to keep it in my rotation though bc all the sweats!! I'm looking forward to checking out the lower body routine, haven't gotten to that one yet.

Nichols - I hear ya on the fluctuations. Last Sat, I was at a new low and now I'm 1.4 pounds above that. I know it'll all even out in time though, so long as I stick to my calorie range and exercise. Still, it's a much nicer WI when the scale reflects the hard work.

I was at 142.8 yesterday, 143.4 today. Yesterday was a high carb today. Today so far has been low carb, so who knows what tomorrow will look like.

Chunkahlunkah- the Speed and the Cardio workouts are my favorites. They get even faster in Beta and Gamma. You will love them. Stay in Alpha until you get the footwork down, though. You'll probably get it fast than I did- I am a clutz, haha!

I lean towards the clutzy side too. I don't know how walking through a doorway without scraping against the frame is often a challenge for me lol. I rly like T25, but it's a bummer that it aggravates my knee unless I modify most of the moves. I think it's from all the jumping. Even 10 Minute Trainer bothered my knee. Fortunately some workouts don't, like Brazil Butt Lift and so far 21 Day Fix is good there too. Even with the modifications, T25 makes me sweat like crazy so it's still a good cardio workout. I just don't think I'll ever be able to stop modifying the moves, which is a little bit of a downer. Not that big of a deal though.

21 Day Fix is tougher than I'd expected! The routine reminds me a lot of 30 Day Shred. The ab part was killer! I hadn't done floor ab work for probably 3 years, and the pain certainly felt like it had been that long.

I'm so glad I got BoD. Thanks again for your thoughts on it!

I did Insanity and it trashed my knees. It took me months to recover. When I started T25 I made the conscious decision to avoid the jumping. I do all the moves except for the jump-knee-tucks (there's no way to really modify that) but I just don't come up much off the floor- maybe an inch is all.

I haven't done 21 Day Fix but it's on my list. Are you doing the container system for the food, too? Or just the workouts? I'm curious about the container system.

Oh man, sorry to hear about the toll Insanity took on your knees! I'm glad you recovered. I've only done the first day of 21 Day Fix, but I really liked it. I haven't worked out with weights in a while, and I'm so sore today. I forgot what this pain feels like. I hope my body adjusts to the workout so I can again forget this pain, and soon. No, I'm not doing the containers. A friend of mine did the whole shebang earlier this year. I could ask her if she liked them. I can tell they wouldn't be my thing.

Congrats on 142!

Thanks! 142.2 today so I'm excited- so close to the 130's!

I kind of like when a workout makes me sore because sore is when change happens. I haven't been working out at all recently because my schedule has been too busy. I am getting some exercise because the work at the house has been quite physical at times. Otherwise all I'm getting in is walking. I'm looking forward to when my schedule eases up and I can start working out again, though.

I used to have similar thoughts on soreness but the past couple of days I've just hated it. I'd forgotten how badly it could hurt to sit down! And forget about getting back up. I did the second workout in 21 Day Fix today. It was an upper body workout, and not as tough as the first day. The difficulty of this one depends greatly on the weights we use though, and mine are pretty light, so there's that. I like that it's a workout that can change as I progress. I think the trainer is an excellent teacher. It's funny bc before getting BoD, I wasn't particularly interested in this workout and now I've discovered that I rly like it.

I'm so excited for you how close you are to the 130s! After all the exercise you've done, the house projects probably don't feel all that intense but I bet what you're doing would leave me sore lol. I hope everything goes smoothly with the sale and move so that you can get back to the exercise you enjoy.

Hi Lunkah! Thanks for all the kind words. I'm glad you're liking BoD and you have me excited to try BBL and 21DF. I haven't done either one, yet. And lately haven't been working out at all- beyond the work at the house, that is. Some of that is heavy lifting, and I do get a lot of steps in. Also the past couple days I've been walking around the block when I get home and doing some stretches. My back has been bothering me the past few days and I have a history of back problems, so I have to be careful.

I hope you're seeing great results from your workouts!

I saw the scale briefly flirt with 141.8 this morning but it settled at 142.0 which is still a new low for me and I'm pleased.

Hope all the other 140'ers are doing great.

Weigh in this morning was 141.6. I'm excited! How is it going for everyone?

That's awesome, Eagle! To what do you attribute the new lows lately?

This morning I was back to my low of 143.2. Feels good to be back after two weeks of bloat!
