PrairieQueen, yay on another drop! I hope you have a good day today! :carrot:

Tongirl02, congrats on being another lb down and on having a great day planned! :broc:

lpn, woohoo on the new decade! Keep going!

Today I am up half a lb, but no biggie! Today is my Carb Day, so I am a 10/10 all the way around! :dancer:

MsTibbles 08-15-2015 02:59 PM

Jacqui_D Hahaha thank you vairy much! :D

tongirl02 I totally get that about the pizza! I personally don't think I could live without it, so I've found a way to work it in to my plan - a Domino's personal pizza (the 4 slice one) is only about 500 calories (more or less depending on your choice of toppings - check on their website) with their Delight (low fat) mozzarella. It's really good, doesn't make me feel like I missed out, and is still perfectly maneuverable within my daily budget. :dizzy: I usually have it on a Friday evening. :D Fantastic on your loss as well, keep it up :carrot:

PrairieQueen Thats brilliant, well done!! :D :carrot:

I'm 10/10 today! :D :carrot: Did my second swim of the week and got another 24 lengths in. (I went with my nan and she got out early, so I couldn't really stay as long as i'd have liked :D ) Again on monday evening. :carrot: Still 1lb up today but again, pretty sure its muscle inflammation from busting my butt! :dizzy: Hopefully it will drop once my body adjusts. I'm feeling really good, though. My mum bought me a new swimsuit today and it's a size 22 (US 18) and fits perfectly (My old one is a size 26 / US 22). I feel rather delightful in it too. :D

:grouphug: to you all, and hope your weekends are going wonderfully! :D

Jacqui_D 08-15-2015 06:56 PM

MsTibbles, congrats on being down F-O-U-R sizes!!! :celebrate: Great job on the swimming!

Raining 08-16-2015 01:54 PM

MsTibbles- That is fantastic, congrats on dropping sizes and for being so committed and working so hard! :cheer2:

I am definitely 10/10 today. Yesterday was a rough day. Although I got lots of walking in, my intake was a little over as I was just so hungry and it was an early morning to late night kind of day and very busy. I got up early this morning and did a nice workout and feel great now.

Hope everyone has a good Sunday :)

lpn0603 08-16-2015 02:16 PM

Today I'm again very committed although I was just as committed yesterday lol ended up being strong for my family lunch and get together and then burned 900 calories at the gym BUT ended up going out to eat afterwards at Outback and although it could have been worse I tried being reasonable but probably blew my whole calories in/calories out :(
I'm writing this from the gym so I'm not going to let last night stop me lol

Jacqui_D 08-16-2015 03:19 PM

lpn, love the determination! :cheer:

Raining
, great job on the morning workout! :exercise:

I am a 10/10! I didn't gain after Carb Day so I'm happy about that! And now, I'd better scoot to the gym before I miss their Sunday hours! :running:

tongirl02 08-17-2015 11:04 AM

Congrats to everyone on their great days!

I'm a 10/10 today. Down another lb after the weekend I was so afraid of, 277 lbs today! I'm making a super healthy vegetable soup in the crockpot right now for dinners this week. I like to eat light in the evenings and my heavier meal at lunch. Already setting myself up for a great week.

Exercise wise I am taking my daughter to an indoor playground at a local church and it has a walking track around it so I can walk while she plays in my sight.

I hope all of you have a great day!

CheesecakeBrownie 08-17-2015 11:39 AM

I had a bad weekend. with dinner out on Friday night, a charity function on Saturday night and a Wedding shower yesterday that just about killed me. (Red Velvet cake) :(

However, today I am back in the saddle again and super commited!

also, even though I ate poorly 3 days in a row.. I walked 10 miles Friday, 6 miles Saturday and 6 miles Sunday.

Jacqui_D 08-17-2015 12:16 PM

Tongirl, woohoo on being another lb down! :yay: And great job on planning good meals and exercise! :high: You are on fire! :flame! Keep it up!

CCBrownie, yay on jumping back on plan, and WOW on all the wonderful exercise! :cp: Sometimes real life happens and we slip off our regular eating plans to accommodate it. You didn't let that throw you! You kept up with your exercise and got right back on plan! Good job! :broc:

As for me, I am a 10/10 on eating and a 7/10 on exercise. Oh, I'll exercise. I just am not feeling it right now! :exercise:

CheesecakeBrownie 08-17-2015 12:59 PM

Thanks Jacqui! and oh no, I just got an invite out for supper tonight. Thank goodness I walked 3 miles this morning already and will do another 2 by dinner time.

Jacqui_D 08-18-2015 03:27 PM

CCBrownie, I hope unexpected dinner plans didn't take you off plan too badly! Good job on the walking!

I am a 10/10 on eating but it looks like I'm not going to get to the gym today. I am going to have to take my cat to the vet tonight and I'm not going to leave him before that, so today will just have to be a good eating day.

MsTibbles 08-18-2015 05:20 PM

Weigh in day today and I am 3lbs HEAVIER! :kickcan: I have been totally perfect with my eating - all I have done differently is swim 3 times this week. I'm guessing its something to do with water and muscles but its still so frustrating! Such a big gain!

5/10, Mustn't touch the bad food. >.>

I hope you are all doing well and sparkly :grouphug:

salicaceous 08-18-2015 07:05 PM

I weighed in today at 205.6 -my lowest weight so far, and also hit the 25lbs lost marker :) I feel very proud but I let myself rest today so hopefully that doesnt effect the scale lol! I think I'll do a nice yoga routine before bed so I don't feel so lazy :)

Jacqui_D 08-18-2015 08:42 PM

MsTibbles, I'd bet money you've been using some muscles you typically don't use and your body is working to ease and repair those muscles, which it does by retaining water. You may go up on the scale temporarily, but that muscle you're building will help you to burn more calories overall! :trampo:

Salicaceous, congrats on the new low and on hitting the 25-lb milestone! :celebrate: :bravo: :encore:

tongirl02 08-18-2015 09:11 PM

I didn't follow my meal plan today. My parents got Chinese food while we were visiting and that sweet and sour chicken was calling my name. I did not over eat though and stayed within my calorie count so I'm pretty proud of the way I handled today. My stress test is tomorrow, finally! Ready to get this over and see if there is anything to worry about. Also ready to get moving again.
