I'm feeling super focus!

10 minutes of cardio this morning, 20 minutes on the threadmill tonight. I've ate only what I planned...

So overall i'm really proud of myself today :-)

Today I'm very committed and can tell I've turned the corner and am focused. Last week was not my finest but I'm not going to let one crappy week stop me :) hope the scale doesn't hurt my feelings in the morning though lol

lpn, I am so glad to see you have gotten your mojo back! And don't you worry about that scale's little upward blips day-to-day. Look at how FAR you've come! You are AMAZING! That scale can't hold you back! Just keep charging forward! :cheer:

10/10 today. Sipping on lemongrass and peppermint tea right now, done heaps of walking today (am usually running around, but today my legs are actually sore so must have done more than usual!)

I'm a 10/10 on eating, but a 6/10 on activity. I'm glad my hair appt. is today, so I don't feel guilty about no gardening. Getting color and highlights and a cut and of course eyebrows waxed. First staff meeting of new school year is tomorrow, so got to start looking "professional" again....oh, summer! Where have you gone :cry:

PrairieQueen, oh I do not miss those days of beginning a new school year! I loved teaching, but I have to admit, I love retirement even more! :lol: I hope you have a great start to a wonderful new year! :goodluck:

Today I am a 10/10 on eating, but I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get to the gym today and I didn't get there yesterday so that's a bummer! I've been moving furniture and boxes for the last two days though, so I'm getting exercise. However, I'd rather be at the gym! :exercise:

Thank you everyone. :) I didn't get my exercise in yesterday because of the migraine, but I did keep my eating on track and was pleasantly surprised to wake up down 1 lb today! My commitment is renewed to 10/10 today. Supposed to be a beautiful evening tonight so I'll take the dogs out for a nice long walk, and then make a bonfire and roast vegetarian sausages for dinner. Yum :)

2/10...So.... I gained back about 5 lbs since I last posted on this thread. Hadn't been feeling too great, low energy and limbs falling asleep when I was sleeping, stiffness in ankles and knees ask the time . I've been in and out of the Dr for test after test. Liver function was elevated then back to normal, now saying my c reactive protein very high, ordered more tests. Good news is I have started feeling better and limbs not so numb now.

I'll continue to see my doctor, there could be some underlying conditions, but in my heart I know it is related to my weight and bad diet. With all the stress it was too easy to go back to my bad habits. Gonna get back on the horse now and commit to posting every day. It does keep me accountable.

Thanks jacqui! I am leaving my ticker where it is though I've gained some weight back, my first aim is to get back to where I was at least. Probably half my gain is water weight anyway.

:grouphug: to everyone! :D Sorry i've been MIA for a few days but i've been on track! :D Down another 1.5lbs this week making it 12 in total.

100/10 today, feeling awesome, and going swimming later! Yay! :D

10/10 today. Went to first staff meeting/Google training of school year this morning with provided breakfast and lunch. I ate healthy before I left house and passed on the neon orange breakfast cake and muffins. I did have their 1/2 chicken/bacon/Caesar wrap and water for lunch.

Down from day 2 TOM of 170.2 lbs to 169.6 lbs this morn. One more heavy day and hopefully another dip tomorrow :)

MsTibbles I wish I was going swimming with you! Have fun.

Been walking like crazy... 7 miles yesterday, 4 today so far... hoping for a good weigh in today. Super committed and working hard.. but getting kind of weary of being on a diet.
