I used to be a regular then dropped out. Is stuck in 160s for the past 4 years! Time to make a change
Will try to work on it here. 145 puts me in the "normal" instead of overweight
I finally hit the brakes with a .2 pound gain today. Not bad at all! I do have to work this weekend and that always gives me several days of water retention highs from stress, I assume.
I've been floating from 165 to 167 the last couple of weeks. I'm determined to see a 5 sometime in November and follow you guys to the next thread.
Plugging away does help despite the ups/downs. I've been trying to lose weight now for 4 years and keep 'plugging away'. As long as I see a downward movement, i don't mind the occasional bump or stall.

Happy to see that you're all doing well! I'm back for some motivation, I was so close to the 150s two weeks ago but had a bad week and a half. Lost most of the water weight and am at 160.8 today! Hopefully by mid-november I'll be well into the 150s
