hiddenstar, eat your salad first, light on the dressing and then eat your steak. You will have your veggies and good protein I'm telling everyone including me ... be good today so that we can have great weigh ins tomorrow, then enjoy a little I believe you'll still be in the 150's on Monday Enjoy the steak house. Oh change that ticker lady You've been below 164 for two weeks

Thanks Syckgirlsfv , see I told you, way to go on your new low, so happy for you ... I'm trying to keep up

Syckgirlsfv - yeah to new low.

Love2b150- I'll change my ticker. Kinda weird but I've been afraid if I do, I'll end up going up.

I think I will post here since I'm finally back in the 160s where I was in early 2012. I do official weigh ins each Friday at WW and was at 168.2 this Friday.

This morning on my home scale (so without the clothes I wear at WW) I was at 166.9. I tend to lose fairly slowly so I expect to not get to the 150s before August. My low point in recent years was 162 (at WW) in early 2012 so getting below that will be a big milestone.

I mostly follow WW but I also track calories at MyFitnessPal and use a Fitbit and a heart rate monitor.

Right now, I'm grounded from most forms of exercise due to a leg injury. I'm hoping to be released to being able to put weight on my leg when I go see the doctor later this next week.

oh my gosh, girls! I went to get the flat tire on my bike fixed and ended up buying a new bike!!! It is the MOST gorgeous, coolest bike I've ever seen

I'll post of pic of it later today, but it's made by Electra and the paint and theme is called 'Sugar Skulls'. I love it and we're going for a ride soon. DH bought a new one too, and his is ridiculously awesome as well

hiddenstar, no it's not weird. Every time I've changed my ticker I've gone back up, so leave it I also have an issue with the first of the month. If I have a decent weigh in on the last day of the month, the next day is up if only by .2 it's still up which is crazy

Koshka, to the decade good job on the 166

Syckgirlsfv, on the new bikes

I made it to the gym burn not as good as yesterday. My shins were hurting and my stomach started to hurt also but I did 3.78 miles. Hoping to be at least .2-.4 lower in the morning

Hey ladies!!!

I know it's been ages! But I finally moved into my new place and I start pharmacy school on Monday, kinda scared. My weight is stuck at 167 for now, but that's ok! I'm sure when the stress picks up it'll go down and hopefully not up! I miss you guys!! I feel so lonely in a different place, hopefully it's temporary!

Hope everyone's weight loss goals are going well! I have lost track of everything with all the new posts!

KOSHKA. Wishing you luck with the 160's. It's a VERY addictive decade. lol

BACK hhm. Oh how I missed u! Good to have you back and even happier to see you have maintained!

Epilogue of 16 DAYS BETWEEN 168 AND 157...

I failed. I'm ending the month exactly where I started it. I did lose 5 good lbs, but it's because I gained them back in the course of the month. Right now I'm having the impression that running at the same spot.

Prospects for june are not really good, may be I'm just being pessimistic. Unfortunately my days alone are over as I'm going to spend the next few days with family and other people dear to my heart ♥♥♥. So I have to compose with family AGAIN. UGH! DREADED MOMENTS

To say I'm disappointed to still be in the 160's at the end of may is an understatement.

Well well, not giving up though. Will not give up this time.

GOOD LUCK TO Y'ALL FOR THE NEW MONTH: JUNE!

Welcome koshka.

Syckgirlsfv - happy dance about the new bike.

Thirti4thirty - I hear you about June. Kids will be getting out of school which is going to mess with my schedule. We just will have to try to stay focus best we can.

Hhm6 - good luck in school

Love2b150 - Thanks for advise. I think I did good at the restaurant. Only up .2 so I am way happy about that. Let's get to 150's this month.

morning! And, of course and as usual, 157.6 didn't stick. BUT, I'm still in the 150's. 158.8. Will ride bikes again today and bbq chicken and burgers later. I had grilled chicken mozzarella ravioli last night so that could be the reason for the gain...I'll live. I've still got 15 days to Vegas!

OK, bike pics! Finally got a bike with more than one speed and it makes riding a way more fun and pleasant experience! Who knew!

I've missed you guys!! I'm glad we're still in a relatively good spot!! My weight loss goals have kinda stopped for the moment but I'm hoping it picks back up! It's been awhile since I've been around people my age (late 20s!) and everyone in my class is super fit, so hopefully their habits rub off on me? haha we'll see! thanks for the welcome!!!

HHM welcome back and congrats on the pharmacy school! My daughter just got her M.A. (medical assistant) and is doing her externship right now - she will be done this week and will then be a CMA. Is pharmacy school a program like that, or is it regular college classes at a JC? She went to American Career College and will have to start paying back the student loan in 6 months. But I think all these types of schools are worth it if you put your all in to it because you can really get a great start on a career

Ladies I finally made it to the gym thanks to my son. It was hard to keep going after not hitting that treadmill for so long but I did it, 3.9 miles. I typically have a nice weigh in after the gym so let's hope so this last day of May tomorrow for all of us
Thank you! He seems to be improving this weekend and is talking about riding his bike to work this week. Good for you on the treadmill! Sometimes I have such a hard time sticking to my exercise once Ive started it. Like Friday I was only able to do 10 minutes on the elliptical. Ahh well.

morning all I was bad yesterday and had a few shots of vodka with DH. ugh. But I've had a bunch of coconut water already today and some recovery hydrating powder I got that is amazing. So I feel fine. I am not going to like the scale later, though, because I do expect water gain from it. But this morning the scale said 157.4

We are having so much fun on our new bikes that we rode a total of 24 miles yesterday!!! MapMyWalk says I burned over 1,000 calories! I believe it because of all that biking. It is such a HUGE difference to have speeds! I've never used them before...always before on our fixed gear bikes we would be just dying to get home after riding like 8 miles.

Here's to drinking enough water today to drown in!
