I am sure they will help you stay focused. It's something about being around people that aren't eating junk food all the time that make you eat what they eat. Help to keep focus ... I need that, everybody in my house eats crazy

Honestly I can't stay on an elliptical long. I think I do 10-15 at the most. My knees hurt like someone has kicked me in them but the women in my family are known for knee issues and I truly want to avoid that. TOM arrived for me yesterday also, I had really bad cramps before church. Thank goodness for Midol
