I want a "5" number, dang it. I wish I KNEW what to do. All I can do is keep on keeping on. Ran last night. Felt awesome. I can do more but I will ease into it until I know my quad is good. And swim when I can (been raining too much to be able to plan because I dunno when it's coming). I am going to start yelling my belly now to give.it.up. I don't want that fat on there anymore. I WILL have a 10-pound month. I WILL fit into those new jeans.

thirti4thirty, I'm sorry you didn't end May where you wanted but you didn't gain really, technically you maintained which is good also. June will be better even with family because you learned somethings in May, I'm certain

hiddenstar the .2 is water, great job Let's do this Ending June at 155 or less

Syckgirlsfv, the gears on the bike drove me nuts until I got use to it, have fun and to your daughter on her success, I know you're proud Syckgirl you are on a roll nice weigh in

hhm, on Pharmacy School I am sure they will help you stay focused. It's something about being around people that aren't eating junk food all the time that make you eat what they eat. Help to keep focus ... I need that, everybody in my house eats crazy

Pinkhippie, good for hubby, I know that makes you happy no more crankiness Honestly I can't stay on an elliptical long. I think I do 10-15 at the most. My knees hurt like someone has kicked me in them but the women in my family are known for knee issues and I truly want to avoid that. TOM arrived for me yesterday also, I had really bad cramps before church. Thank goodness for Midol

Mad Donnelly, are you at 162? The five is on the way, just be patient. I know that's easier said, but you know it's coming ... that's right tell that belly to leave, and mine too

06/01 ~ 160.0 (-0.6)
06/02 ~ 158.6 (-1.4)

I have a group presentation to do tonight in accounting...I HATE presentations. I don't even really know what I'm going to say! I guess I'll figure it out when I get up there - it's just financial ratios. WHATEVER.

Thanks! It's funny, the main reason we have an elliptical is because I have a bad ankle. I had to have surgery on it several years ago and its just not the same. So the elliptical is really helpful for me. Midol has never worked for me, I tried it a lot as a teenager. Im glad it works for you.

Congrats on the 150's! That is awesome!

Im still 166 on the dot. TOM is almost out of here so I expect to see 165 soon.

LOL Pinkhippie Midol nor Pamprim worked for me as a teenager, but I was so bloated two months ago that I needed something and I had cramps to boot so I bought the maximum strength box and it worked. Thank you, I'm just barely in the 150's this morning. I hate this up and down thing TOM is light today so I hope to be done tomorrow

06/01 ~ 160.0 (-0.6)
06/02 ~ 158.6 (-1.4)
06/03 ~ 159.2 (+0.6)

Yes, I'm 162, I haven't had a 3 lb woosh in about 2 months. How I wish I had one now. I'd see the "5" and be elated!

Hi Everyone! I was in the getting out of the 170's thread, but now I belong here, and I'm so glad! This morning, I was at 169.4! I'm so excited but am also already itching to get a 5 after the 1. Still, I'm trying to be patient and treat myself with kindness. Thanks for letting me join.
