Hola Hola Hola y'all! A quick one. I did not weigh y'day coz I ate early in the morning, way before my normal daily weigh in time.

Today it's a lil loss. So tomorrow is the final day! Hmmm. Ok, jumping right out. Wishing y'all the best of lucks to buckle up the month with success!!!

EDIT: My colleagues just informed me about a last minute farewell dinner for a colleague who'll be leaving us soon. I'M SO DEAD...IN A SWEET WAY!!!

I was a little nervous yesterday (last night) as you all know after eating the spinach artichoke dip from Applebee's. But I did well throughout the day with food, water and green tea. Losing more of this bloat.

Congrats on the loss! And oh my goodness I see you quoted me as part of your sig! I am so honored. I hope it helps you, it's what I tell myself often and it really helps me.

So, 166 today! I realized last night that I have been snacking in the evening lately not due to hunger as I thought, but because my husband has been being a total crab due to a chronic injury that he re injured a few weeks ago and I have kind of been dreading the post evening hang out after the kids are in bed. Once I figured that out, I realized I actually wasn't hungry. So, Progress!

Thank you Pinkhippie It does help not to think about tomorrow until after I have finished my day on MFP. Then I input the next day. I'm sorry your husband isn't feeling up to par I'm glad you realized why you were snacking. Progress in recognition is always a great plus My kids and my husband eat/snack most of the afternoon/evening, even after dinner when they are home. I learning to ignore it, though it does get hard some days.

Thanks, I think he is getting better. He is just a really active person and when he can't ride his bike to work, or work out it makes him very cranky. My husband is a big snacker too, but at least now he has started counting out his corn chips in the evening instead of munching mindlessly from the whole bag.

Ladies!!! Good Morning!!! FRIDAY!

ok, lost a little of the .8...down .4 I'm happy because I have stayed in the 150's for 5 consecutive days and now that TOM is here my digestive system can regulate itself (I always get a little plugged up in the days leading up to it, TMI, sorry ) and the water starts to go, too. I have 16 days to get as close to 155 as I can in the hopes than when I come back from Vegas the damage is not to severe and easy to fix!!!

Back from Fla! Had a great time even tho I had to cut it short. But still gained 10 pounds (it was rough seeing that "7" in there)! However, in 1.5 days I'm down 8 so it's okay because I got back on track food wise right away but not working out. Still trying to get back in that swing (but I ran on the beach so it's not like I did nothing). Starting with a Zombie Run tomorrow at the beach!!

So here's to getting out of the dang 160s in June. Heck, the first HALF of June. I need a good 4 weeks because I am just stalled, plateaued, whatever you want to call it for no GOOD reason. Luckily I've ingrained my WOE so no binges on "illegal" food. I'm in it to win it.

Pinkhippie. congrats on pants fitting. For muscle soreness, I found that doing the same exercise minus the weights helps with soreness. Instead of weighted squats do body weight squats. It might sound more painful but I think it gets the blood moving it those areas over worked

Syckgirlsfv -store bought popcorn is the worst. That must be the gain. But I'm sure you will lose it fast it is just water.

Mad Donnelly - glad your trip went when. The weight gain is just water weight and not fat. Once you are back to schedule, I sure it will be gone in a few days.

Well - there was a little woosh today and I am at 158.2! I'm going to stay here at least until Monday. If I'm still in the 150s, :-( I'll move on. I haven't even looked for a new thread yet? lol

I bought that book for my kindle, pink, and I started it last night. I like it! Thanks for the recommendation! I also bought one called "Nice Girls Finish Fat" that I think is part of my hangup also.

I WANT to permanently leave the 160s behind so I am NOT going to give it back this weekend with poor choices.

I noticed your progress, love2b150 - you're doing AWESOME this week!

Thank you for the congrats, and thanks for the advice, its funny but that is exactly what I did today and it first it was like ouch! But then it started feeling kind of like a massage. Im still sore but not quite as bad as yesterday. YOu really ARE close to the 150's Awesome!

LOL I can totally tell you have read the book. I was talking about using my wantpower to keep exercising to my husband a few days ago. I really think it makes a huge difference. I have even been using that with things like cleaning the house. Instead of I SHOULD vacuum the living room, I think I WANT to vacuum the living room because it looks so nice and I feel better when its done. And bam! Im vacuuming the living room. So glad to hear you are getting something out of the book. I looked at Nice girls finish fat too because I have the same issue and I have been working on recognizing and voicing my needs, but I just wasn't sure about it. Please let me know what you think of it! And congrats on the 150's!

just bought a new pair of jeans on Ebay and can't wait to get them!!!! I've been wanting a pair of True Religion jeans for a while but felt to fat to buy them...but I couldn't pass these up. I actually bought them a size bigger than what I wear in Lucky Brand, because I don't know how they will fit and if they are looser, fine, but if they are too snug I won't want to wear them. I also think they aren't as stretchy as the Lucky's but we'll see. Here they are:

Pinkhippie glad your husband is getting better I wish it made me cranky not to workout, I'd be at goal by now And YAY for him on counting out snacks. I do that when I'm working and always for the kids. That's the only way to make sure everyone gets their fair share

Syckgirlsfv, good job on the .8 and YAY on being in the 150's for 5 days, GO YOU Not TMI at all, that's the one thing that I like about TOM also, it gets things moving Hope the jeans fit the way you want.

Ladies I finally made it to the gym thanks to my son. It was hard to keep going after not hitting that treadmill for so long but I did it, 3.9 miles. I typically have a nice weigh in after the gym so let's hope so this last day of May tomorrow for all of us

... thank goodness for treadmills and 8 full hours of sleep. for me!!! Y'all know I had a really rough time staying OP this month but thanks to a few tips from some really good friends here and on MFP I got it together these last few days. It was really water weight with all of the ups and downs. I am ending today May 31 with only a .8 gain for the month and my fbs this morning was 98. I have not seen it that low EVER. (actually I did when I was on insulin while pregnant with the last two children) but not after being diagnosed with type II in 2011. What a blessing. I am very very happy, it's a good day

So close to making May goal. But overall happy with lost during May. Hopefully trend continues. However, dh wants to go to all you can eat steak house. This will be test. I don't want to eat much and feel like it is a waste of money for me to go.
