It just depends on how the sugar will effect you. Will it make you crave more? How about a lower sugar Greek Yogurt? The protein will offset some of the sugar.

Mars I have not tried the liquid benadryl. I take the capsules at night. I try to take it early in the evening since it has a carry over for me and I have a hard time getting up in the AM. Sometimes I think liquids absorb better and work better than capsules/pills. Do you think this is the case with liquid benadryl?

Diana: Yes that's been my experience. I used to take it for various allergies issues and then began using it on long red eye flights. The effect would come on and leave "cleanly" with none of the drowsiness afterward. I was able to be awake for the airplane meal and then go right back to sleep, lol. I've used the cheaper generic version of Benadryl too and it worked fine.

Feeling tired this morning. Down .6 lb, almost in my green light zone. I can't wait to feed my brain a few more carbs...just a few! I'll be doing 25-50 ab curls with bent knees & feet against a wall. Yesterday's yoga class showed me I need to seriously work on abs to do Boat pose and shoulder stands, etc. Hope everyone's week gets off to a good start! At least the sun is up early for those of us in he northern hemisphere

Morning all! After months and months of an irregular/skipped cycles, my monthly visitor arrived right on time. The water weight gain for it was yesterday, not today. Dropped to a new low today, with .5 down on the scale. Though, I won't be hoping for anything but not huge gains for the remainder of this month.

Plan for today for food:

Breakfast:
half caff. coffee with .5 cup of 1/2 and 1/2

Lunch:
3 tabsp. Jiff Peanut butter

Dinner:
8 ozs. grilled pork loin
6 tbsp. ajvar (it is a homemade roasted red pepper side)
large leafy green salad with 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil

That should get me to about 1100 calories for the day.

Oh, and about 3.5 miles of walking.

i did two days of an outdoor run/walk this weekend and my ankle is still feeling better than it did last week...TOM is hitting me hard and i just want to eat i've been trying to eat what i want because that keeps the overeating at bay....for example, i used to try to eat salad when craving meat and end up eating the meat anyhow so now on TOM i try to just eat the meat to start with etc....i ate alot of yogurt this weekend, alot of mac n cheese, some grilled steak for dinner last night....i was over on calories this weekend but not by crazy amounts which is good

i had three months of hardly any TOM worth mentioning, so i knew this one was coming and it's hit me HARD....cramps like crazy, eating etc...i know running helps me feel better though, so i pushed myself both days this weekend to get out there and workout

Hi Everyone!

Laciemn Did you decide to indulge in a treat?

Mars Thank you for the info about Benadryl. Good job on the .6.

Berry Congrats on the new low and .5. My TTOM is doing wonky things. The last time it started was 42 days ago. I have never gone this long between TTOM's.

Alaskanlaughter Good luck with TTOM. I hope you are feeling better.

Kelijpa I hope today was a good one for you.

Kelijpa & Syckgirlsfv
Did you see that Bolthouse has some new Greek salad dressings? We don't have them in our area yet.

Ian Good job maintaining!

Syckgirlsfv Bolthouse has a lot of flavors that we don't have here. I would love to try them. It's weird how they don't have better distribution of flavors.

laciemn Sounds like you made a great choice.
