Thank you, kalijpa! I hope this time will be the finish line =) Last time what worked for me was weigh-ins and this forum. It kept me straight. I stopped doing both and just denied I was gaining til I started having to wear my husbands shirts again.... Now I refuse to buy anything in my current size and will only buy lower sizes as motivation.

Welcome back! I'm back too after about a year hiatus and weight gain. Heh I also refuse to buy new clothes that will actually fit me well in hopes that I can save that money for a huge shopping spree once I get to my goal weight.

I'm in the same boat :-D. I've actually been trying to get healthier by turning vegan since May of this year. It's been working OK and I have definitely lost weight (one pants size) but I've been noticing lately that I'm slipping back into eating highly processed foods and having binge episodes. So I'm back this week with a new approach.

I'm still vegan (I love being vegan) but I'm balancing more proteins, fats, and carbs rather than doing a very heavy carb, no fat added kind of plan.

I've also been incorporating much healthier habits in the last month, such as exercising every day (only 15 minutes, but it's consistent) and doing some breathing meditation in the evening to release stress. So this is part of an overall plan to get healthier.
