Weight is up today, but I'm sure its just water weight. Did well at the gym yesterday. I won't be going back till Monday though. I ate more sweets than I had planned to yesterday, but my calories are still okay.
TOM better get here and get it over with. I'm up again to 374 this morning, and I'm going away for the weekend, so that won't help. I was hoping some of it was DOMS from Yoga, but I don't really feel sore.
On that note, my yoga teacher is leaving in September I'm heartbroken. She was so good, attentive to individual needs, helped me modify poses, gave a rockstar massage at the end of each session and cheered my progress. Can't believe I only get about 5 more weeks with her!!
I can't seem to log on to my tracker, but I ate around 1800 and burnt around 400, plus the dog walking.
Thanks Diana. It was a lot of fun. It was at a colleague's house which meant no washing up for me! The food was good and the beer excellent. I got home very late.
And I am down 0.6lbs today. I like it when a plan comes together!
Breakfast: 2 pieces of low calorie bread with hummus. Some olives. Coffee, milk no sugar.
Lunch: Salad with shrimp, egg, garlic hummus, corn, black beans, mushrooms, lettuce, carrot, argula, apple, bulgar wheat, tomato.
Dinner: Will drink beer (Green Flash Imperial IPA)
Exercise: Just ran 5K at lunch on the treadmill. Did my fastest ever time of 26.5 minutes.
Radiojane Sorry to hear about the yoga teacher leaving. Maybe she can recommend someone that is similar to her style before she leaves. Enjoy your weekend.

(more like grumpy morning) - I am supposed to be having my monthly whoosh right about now, but instead I've been eating more than I should and the scale is going up I'm going to try and get it under control today and get back on track.

Ain't that the truth! ACK! It's Saturday morning and I can sleep as long as I want to! Why do I wake at 7 AM? Better yet, why did I go to bed at midnight?
Bought jeans a size down from what I normally wear today! They're a little tight but that's just motivation. Excited!!!!
Congrats!!! Clothes always seem to be the best motivation! I put on a dress yesterday I bought on sale three years ago and never wore because it was tight when i bought it thinking I would fit in a month or so! Felt so good to get into it. Granted, had nowhere I had to go, so I wore it to the grocery store!
I have three pair of pants that are all the same size that I bought at that same time that I have yet to wear. I am so close to getting into them comfortably I cant wait!
