That is where I mentally am. I think I am ready to go maybe 1200 more consistently.
I feel confused with myself about if I were 'lying' to myself about my intake this past month or so. If I was having more 'big' days than I realized and it working out to being maintenance. Also I'm one that is always paranoid that food has 'secret' calories I don't know about, so when I add up 1000 or so, I feel like in reality it probably IS 1200.
Having said that, yes, think I'll bump it up by the smallest margins this month, really track all my food, and see where that takes me.
My next goal is actually 135 and so I'm kinda in a sprint to see how fast I can get there. That is always another set point for my body that takes a while to break. Once I am there, I want to go on maintenance for a couple of months and then think about knocking out the last ten (probably in 5 lb increments)
So, I reckon with all that it means I am in.
