Curlyfroyo, I'm sorry you had a anxiety attack. Was it about going to the gym or other stuff in your life? (If I'm not being too nosey).
I have no clue. It was not about the gym, i had a rough day at work but i was over it and just doing absolutely nothing when i felt like i couldnt breathe and my heart felt like it was racing (i checked my pulse, it wasn't racing). There was nothing that really precipitated it, very strange. I pulled over and then raced home then i started feeling really cold. That has never happened to me before, it felt like if i drank 4 cups of coffee at once. Im feeling a bit better now after a few hours but still not 100%. Im just disappointed bc i really wanted to keep at the gym and not lose my progress.

I'm sorry. I do know the feeling. I was mentioning this in another thread, that sometimes mentally we are over something, but emotionally we are not. Maybe you just need an evening to unwind. I'm glad you're feeling better, and don't stress about the gym, it will be there tomorrow.

I hope everyone had an amazing day OP today! I can't believe it's JUNE!!!!!! My students are done learning for the year so I am just trying to keep them happy at this point. I wish mental strength burned calories too!!

Thank you Northern Chick and Charliee I guess it happens. PCOS can be linked to anxiety from what I researched when I got home, perhaps it was simply hormonal. Either way tomorrow I have a work party to attend so I will not be in the gym unless i can squeeze in a quick 30 min one and be really late. I will just have to bust my booty thurs, friday and saturday morning before i do my weigh in hehe. im trying to get deep in the 140s bc it seems whenever i get there the next week i bounce right back to mid 150s (for the last 2 years). According to BMI, 150s makes me overweight, 140s is the top range of healthy bmi so you can see my frustration lol.
