Back up to 161 this morning. The past couple of days I haven't really been OP so I need to work on that Hopefully by next week it will be gone for good!
I'm having a hard time staying on my stupid plan. I think I've eaten off plan on four out of the last six days, sometimes off all day long, sometimes just for one meal, but I'm having a hard time getting back on track. It's 2:30 pm here now and so far today I'm on, so I'm really gonna push...
I was at 167.8 this morning, so it could be worse.
Haven't posted in awhile but I've been lurking now and then!
Kinda bummed since my weight hasn't moved at all in over a month now but with my sister visiting this month it's been hard to diet (and not lose) so I've decided to maintain for this month until I muster up the courage to get back on plan. Still eating healthy though and my weight has been at 170.5 so no gain is a good sign?

I was up to 169.2 this morning. I'm not sure why since I stayed on plan yesterday. Oh well. I won't be able to weigh myself until my official weigh-in on Monday so we'll see.

Official weigh in day- 165.3 today! That's a 4 lb drop once I burst through that plateau! YES! Feelin' pretty good! My big mini goal is 160 by July 8th, as that'll be 50 lbs since I last saw any family and friends in my hometown. It's now back in the realm of possibility!!!
I had a bad day yesterday and ate way too much at a grad party then drank too much bar hopping afterwards! I was up to 167.4 today, but I'm hoping it comes off as quickly as it went on!
