Well, I was so happy to reach 169, but now that I appear to be STUCK in a spiraling vortex of 169, 168, 169, 168... Must.break.through..! I'm happy in the 160s vs 170s, but I don't want to camp here forever!
I'm still up a pound of TTOM water retention today, at 165.4. This is the week of my birthday and also the week before I leave for college, so I've been a bit decadent. I'm keeping it in moderation though
Hey all! I've been on holiday visiting family for the past 2 months or so and just wanted to say how amazing everyone is doing! I am sorry for starting a thread and then becoming MIA! I want you to know I think of you all!!
I am still going strong and finally got to 160 two weeks ago. I haven't really moved far from it and still see 160 something every morning but hey, one step at a time!!!
163.0 this morning after a vacation of eating. I'm hoping some of it is sodium and some of it is water retention from the flight. Glad to have some buddies to fight off the 160's with <3
As of today I am out of the 70s...barely. But I'll take it!!!
Can't wait to get to 160. and then 150 and then 140 goal...unless I want to go down more!
