Thank Goodness. I can do it this time. I'm determined. I'm going on a cruise in September and I need to lost my last 10 - 20 lbs. I"m working on 3 pack abs. Will work on the remaining 3 pack to make a total of 6 pack abs. LOL

Hahaa.. There's a '10-20 lbs left' thread .. around here... and its for those of us with only that amt left, to stay on our little track. Its very supportive! ... and there's lots of understanding about how hard the last 20lbs is!!
