SRT4852- I remember feeling that way a few times in the beginning when I was 226, only because I was still in the 200s. My real excitement began when I reached 199 and below so maybe that could be it for you or just an off day for you today?
But seriously, you did FANTASTIC! If you keep the same rate of loss for next month (or 8lbs), you'll be in "One-derland"!

LAGreenEyes- I hate those mind games. Like you said, you can lose it again so just get back on track. Just an idea- reward yourself with something non-food next time? I know I do horribly if I plan a reward with food.
