I got down to 189 then I gained 5 pounds over a few days which may have been from drinking and going a little over my calorie limit. I've started cutting back and making better decisions and here I am at 189.8 again. Yay victory is MINE
I'm going to make an effort to really stay on track if I give up now it would be like giving up on myself. It just goes to show that if your calorie counting you really have to count every single bite and be accountable. I am wondering if this was just a fluctuation though, seems odd to gain five pounds over a three day span.
