I bounced down to 167 for a day, and even hit 166 one day but then it has jumped back up to 169 these two days. So frustrating! I hope it's just because TOM. I guess i'll know early next week. I know losing 10 pounds this month is a reach but i'll be happy with just 5. Hear that body?! Get on it.
I have been working out every day for the past week! I set a minimum of 20 minutes per day as to not overwhelm me and it has worked! I usually exercise 25-35 minutes either running or on the elliptical.
Food has been ok. Last week I was obsessed with eating and it took a few days to finally remove some of those thoughts from my mind. Things aren't perfect but I am down to 1400 calories per day. I hope that does the trick. Down from the usual 1800-2000 that was happening in maintenance mode.
Sigh . . . gained back half of what I lost last week, 3/4 of a pound, so I'm only half a pound down now. Stayed on plan at least and won't let this stop me.
Yay, I'm down to 175.8. I was able to make it through my "fast" and my oatmeal tasted mighty good this morning. Now I have to try really hard to be good today. One day at a time. I am hoping that once I start seeing some success, it will be inspiring and it will get easier. I might try to juice on Monday, but I won't follow the challenge. I can only do it for 3 days, maybe 4.
