Hello everyone!

So after my 5k this morning, I made my march 10 lbs, but does that really count? I'll go ahead and say it was only 9lbs for the month, I guess

I'm in! I haven't been able to lose 10 pounds in one month yet, but why not this month? I plan on worker harder than usual this month anyway to make up for only a 1 pound loss last month.

I spent so much time trying to figure that out last month that I drove myself crazy. I dropped a pound overnight on the last night of the month, so where did I count that pound? I can't even remember what I finally decided. Regardless, you lost nine pounds, plus you did a 5K. Both awesome things! Where that one pound gets counted doesn't even matter in the long run.

YEY!!! Thanks for starting this, Caroline! I ws just thinking about this....

Last month I got 6lbs, so as always i'll try for 10!

i need a kick in the seat !! im excited to be a part of a challenge !

current weight 250.5
Goal weight 240.0

one month i got lucky and lost 25 lbs ! i dropped meat and carbs out of my diet ... i was only eating legumes fruits veggies and dairy products ( so many more calories to use on CHEESE omg i love cheese ) of course i fell back to damn carbs ..... gained it back ... now that i know the reprocussions of that ill limit it but not cut it out .....

Thanks, Caroline That was really motivating what you said. and I will take your advice and not get crazy about that pound .. haha!
the 5k today was a big deal for me, since I have not ran an official 5k in about 7 years .. and my time was better than expected.

The 180s are doing my head in so I'm totally up for losing 10lbs by May 1st!!! Time to step it up a gear!

hey, not been back on here for ages (kind of fell off weight loss wagon last summer!) but would love to join, currently 126 lbs and would love to be down to 116 lbs by my birthday in May - we're having lovely weather here which makes weight loss feel more possible.

I'm in. Last month I got 7.2 lbs. This month will be harder because I'm going back home for a week. That always derails my weight-loss efforts a little bit.

I'll join as well...I've never lost 10 lbs in a month so far, but hey, there's always a first time!
How do you ladies in the mid 100s do it? I only lose about 1.5 lbs/week, which adds to 6 lbs a month. What makes your loss go faster?
