It's just TOM chunky, no worries. Stay on plan all through TOM and youll be down after!

And I'm still at 191.6... at least I'm not up from all my sore muscles and sodium, lol.

I feel like my eating has been great for the week, but don't feel I've lost any actual weight. I only trust my home scale for ballpark figures but I officially weigh in tonight when I go to my TOPS meeting. We'll see what that scale says and if I'm just being paranoid. The important thing right now is that I'm feeling better and have more energy.

I'm up a little this morning to 196.2, but that's all right. It'll come back down in the next day or two; that's my usual pattern, anyway.
