Hey everyone. I just got back from the zoo. I took my son and my niece and they ran wild. I wanted to leave them behind and take two chimps home instead, they probably would've made less of a racket

. They had a great time though. Here's a little bit of a mortifying moment: right before we left the zoo there was a $.25 pay scale right near the restroom. There was no one around and the kids were climbing on some hippo structure thing, so I ambled over there and got on the scale. I dropped my quarter in and climbed on. It said 179--this is w/my sneakers and right after lunch so I'll take it. The bad thing is that when I got off, the darn arm of the dial didn't go back to zero! I climb back on thinking maybe it'll move again, but no. It was stuck @ 179. Hello! I really needed for everyone to see how much I weighed!

Luckily the restroom is right next to the exit so I grabbed the kids and hightailed it out of there.

Hey, maybe I should've been proud--I did weigh 215, maybe 220 even at my highest. I am proud, but I didn't want to shout it all of HOnolulu where I live and play. Sheesh! I don't think I'll ever stand on any of those scales in public again until I get to goal or something.
Angie, no undies huh? Be careful when wearing skirts

. You just might leave them behind

.
Sandy your calves are speaking to you now in protest but real soon they'll be thanking you. I love my walking route. I've been doing this one for quite a while and some days it just seems too easy. I think I have to shake it up a bit.
Anyway, it was a beautiful day here. The sky looked kind of hazy but that's usually if the volcano on the big island recently erupted. The blue skies get kind of light gray, not cloudy, just gray, then when the sun sets, the skies are a bright orangey pink--just awesome. Well, I hear 2 kids fighthing upstairs, I must go and referee.
