  • I never got the undies! I did get two tops though. Nobody had anything really cute so I got a tank top that laces up the front and looks like suede and a T-Shirt that says "Thanks For Staring" I thought it was cute because I can't stand it when poeople stare at me. I got new sneakers too. I also bought a new choker that has a little blue drop hanging off from it. I am going to get the other one with a pink butterfly next time.

The scales seem to be going down this week but I don't take anything as a given. Jay won't snack at night because he is trying to help me. I LOVE THAT MAN!!!

I want to go for a walk but it is raining.
  • Sounds like you got some nice stuff there Angie, guess you will have to just tie knots in the undies to make them stay up for now . It's raining there? Not here, it looks as though it's going to but not yet, and I did get my walk in, and the backs of my calves are saying what have you done to me.....oh well they will have to get used to it. I also hit the milage trip thing on the car on the way home from work and I thought it was a 1/2 mile to the end of the road but I was wrong......its 6/10ths so I actually get in 1 mile and 2/10ths in when I do that with all up hill on the way back.

Kempy, I'm glad I helped make your day, I was just stating the fact, that I love this picture much more, you can see your face better.
  • Angie... lol .... that shirt... lol ...it sounds so funny... lol

I would love to get that. Where did you find it. I really like funny little shirts like that.

It is raining here again too. It isn't bad but it is wet outside. That really isn't what I need today. I was hoping to try to run this evening when I get off but not if it is raining.
  • It is one of those Joe Boxer T-shirts at Kmart. They had a ton of them with different sayings. I could have grabbed about 10 of them they were so funny. Maybe I'll be wearing it the next time I run into the evil Sister in Law. Then I can just look back at her and point to my boobs.
  • Hi, I had the day off work today too, was a lovely feeling. Think I had all a the sunshine today, was working in the garden in a T-shirt, unheard of for March, according to my car it was about 18 degrees, we don't often manage that in July. Just hope this isn't our summer and it pours for the rest of the year.

I dream of my undies getting to big. My favourite knickers are getting a bit (just a bit) on the baggy side, but no where near enough to ditch them yet.

The scales showed 208lbs this morning, eating has not been good although today has been better. Back at work tomorrow, less able to nibble when I'm there.
  • Carol I am jealous that you got to play in your yard. 18 :fright: is that F or C? I should be able to go play around in my yard this weekend if it doesn't rain. Hopefully by Sunday I will be sitting on my new deck. (can you tell that I am happy about it)
  • Kempy, You are gonna love your deck. The only thing I hate is when the spiders try to come up between the boards. YUCK! Luckily that only happens once in a while and I Raid the edges.
  • Hey everyone. I just got back from the zoo. I took my son and my niece and they ran wild. I wanted to leave them behind and take two chimps home instead, they probably would've made less of a racket . They had a great time though. Here's a little bit of a mortifying moment: right before we left the zoo there was a $.25 pay scale right near the restroom. There was no one around and the kids were climbing on some hippo structure thing, so I ambled over there and got on the scale. I dropped my quarter in and climbed on. It said 179--this is w/my sneakers and right after lunch so I'll take it. The bad thing is that when I got off, the darn arm of the dial didn't go back to zero! I climb back on thinking maybe it'll move again, but no. It was stuck @ 179. Hello! I really needed for everyone to see how much I weighed! Luckily the restroom is right next to the exit so I grabbed the kids and hightailed it out of there. Hey, maybe I should've been proud--I did weigh 215, maybe 220 even at my highest. I am proud, but I didn't want to shout it all of HOnolulu where I live and play. Sheesh! I don't think I'll ever stand on any of those scales in public again until I get to goal or something.

Angie, no undies huh? Be careful when wearing skirts . You just might leave them behind .

Sandy your calves are speaking to you now in protest but real soon they'll be thanking you. I love my walking route. I've been doing this one for quite a while and some days it just seems too easy. I think I have to shake it up a bit.

Anyway, it was a beautiful day here. The sky looked kind of hazy but that's usually if the volcano on the big island recently erupted. The blue skies get kind of light gray, not cloudy, just gray, then when the sun sets, the skies are a bright orangey pink--just awesome. Well, I hear 2 kids fighthing upstairs, I must go and referee.
  • I am busy busy this morning. I just wanted to check in, I will be back later today to chat.
  • I got up this morning wishing I had gotten some undies. When I pulled my jeans up all the extra undies came up with them so I was trying to pull them back down. What a nightmare. Does anyone wear a thong? I was thinking about getting some for this summer because my shorts usually ride up my *** anyway this way I won't forever be trying to keep my underwear from doing it too. hehe Are they comfy?

We got a walk in today and Cappie decided to take a swim in the ditch. Silly dog. He then came home and went into the field and found a nice big puddle and layed in it for the morning. I guess I will be buying ANOTHER kiddie pool for them this summer. Last summer Candi and Rebel would go out and lay in theirs all day.

My scales still seem to be going down so maybe I will be in the 140's in a couple of weeks. OH MY GOD!!!! I can't believe I actually got the weight of TWICE ! I hope I can maintain forever because I don't ever want to have to lose that much weight again.

I have to shower but I will check back in later.
  • Angie I wear them. I have since I was 18. It took a little while to get used to them but I can't wear anything else now. Joe and I jokle that even when I am pregnant I will still wear them. Isn't that just a lovely vision? My suggestion is to get the ones with the very thin sting in the back. If you get to big in can kind of hurt.

Echo passed her 2nd trial last weekend. I think she will be coming home around April 14th. That is a good idea to have a pool for the dogs. I wonder if she would get in it or just drink from it.

I took a little break but I need to get back to work. Can you say addicted to the site?
  • Wet and windy Thursday
Hey everyone. It's so dreary here today, it's affecting my cheerful attitude. I should be thankful the weather was beautiful on my day off yesterday now that i'm stuck indoors behind my desk. Blagh! Only 1 more workday. Hooray. I'm on the phone on hold waiting for a merchant service representative...been waiting for a good 7 minutes. Good thing it's an 800 #. *sigh* Oh yeah, I had some Godiva Belgian dark chocolate ice cream yesterday. Talk about decadence! I ate 1 serving only and it was worth every ounce of fat grams . Thanks Gargoyle.

Hey Angie, so close to the 140's. How exciting! I remember wearing a thong way long time ago, when I was skinny and my butt was firm. Geez, that was a VERY long time ago . I'm not in any condition to wear butt floss now or in the very near future . Hey, to each his own. I do remember feeling a little extra sexy while wearing them though . If and when I get my butt back in shape (a nice shape) then maybe I'll consider it. Rick would definitely love it since he's a bootie man for sure.

Kempy, congrats to Echo, such a good dog. I have to keep our muttweiler out of my son's wading pool during the summer. My boy wants to play but if the dog gets in there he kinda torpedoes all the kids and gets grass and dirt in the water. It's funny to watch but kinda dangerous .
  • What are her trials Kempy. Is it like an obedience trial or showing how well she retrieves? How is her paw. She looked so cute in the pics you sent last time.
  • Hi there chatty girls,
I tried to get in a while ago and I guess the site was down? I couldnt get here at all.

Anyway today is WI day and guess what? I lost another 4.5#s and that puts me at 26#'s gone in 6 weeks. I'm so excited!!! I bought a 25# lb bag of kitty litter and OMG you gotta pick one up at the store just to realize how heavy that really is. That will keep me going for a while I'm sure.

I told you yesterday I think that I had to be in a seminar class all day today, ugh it was so boring. Then my boss wanted to go to lunch and she was driving and stopped at Arbys. So I ate a chicken wrap sandwich and a baked potatoe. I opened the potatoe and OMG there must have been like 3 tablespoons of butter on it, so I immediately scooped that off and put it aside. But I have to stop and think I did very well seeings how just 10 short weeks ago I would have had some huge roastbeef sandwich and onion rings or fries and a dessert (they sure looked good) so I think all in all I did well with my choices today. I could have had salad but I have salad all the time.....anyway, I'm still happy with myself for today.

Hugs to all, and hope you are all doing well.
    Sandy
  • WOW Sandy You are losing girl!!! 26 pounds is a huge accomplishment! Your lunch sounds fine to me. I used to go to Wendy's on Saturdays and get a potato and grilled chicken sandwich for lunch. Then I changed it to a grilled chicken and off to TCBY for a fat free yogurt. YUM! Are their chicken wrap sandwiches good? I have never had one.

Noelle your ice cream sounds great. I am so addicted to the BB chcolate brownie yogurt so much so that I ate about 2 -3 servings of it last Saturday. I figure that splurge is better than my usual eating patterns. haha I am trying to practice not bingeing all the time. That is the hardest part for me.
