Glad everyone is hanging in there, even if 10 lbs is still a little far away for many of us. I am looking for a loss this week and hope to be somewhere around 5-6 for the month.
Woo Friday, the scale said 176.0 woo! 8.5 pounds lost for the month. I hope I can get one more in by next Monday.
Also I wish more weight would come off my thighs, so far, most of the weight has come off my stomach, waist, chest, and a little off arms. Hurry up thighs catch up.
Also I just bought a pair of 14 jeans (two weeks ago) and they are huge on me. Huge in the rear and waist area, but normal in the thighs. See what I mean? Hurry up thighs, I want to buy a size 12 so the waist / rear in my pants aren't so clownish.
I'm looking at a loss of around 6 for the month. It was a weird month with an unexplained (well, other than really bad PMS) gain of 3.6, so I'll be pretty happy with anything 6 or over for the month. Esp. since I lost a lot last month (I think it ended up being 11.4 or something like that)
Ok.. not happy. I have been fighting medical pain for a week and a half... had TOM start today... and the scale went up - so much for meeting goal this month. My WI today was 196...and I refuse to change my ticker. Oh well... it was a nice thought to make goal... looks like it will have to be next month. I always come out of the gate running cause TOM ends... then I lose and lose...then stall week 3 and put back on week 4... 2 steps forward, 1 step back.. fortunately it still means progress, just not the progress I try for
Down 2 more lbs this week to 220.5. 12 lb total loss since October 1. Still going to push it to see if I can get into the two teens by November. We'll see...
Yesterday, I successfully ran my first 10K race! I did it in around 1 hr and 18 minutes or so!
It felt so good when I was done. I was of course mentally down around the halfway point where I felt, ahh this entire distance again?! but when I got to mile 4, I said i'm home free!
Anyway, I had an official weigh in at my gym today and still 176 from earlier this week but i'm down 4 total inches, one from each thigh, and one from waist and chest. Yay. Down 8.6 total for the month, I guess tomorrow I won't magically lose that last bit so onward to next month.
I'm so freaking excited. I cannot believe I lost that much in a month. I'm starting to gain some water weight. I'm gearing up to ovulate, so I'm going to gain now until after my period is gone. YAY periods are fun . . . Just stay on plan and keep going.
