OMG today is not going great I feel super snacky! It is really the first time its been this bad since starting my journey. This is so frustrating. I thing that -14lbs is gunna end up being like -10. Oh how I don't want that

It's gonna happen so get used to it. You just have to know that you can only do your best and get back on plan the first possible moment. We can't be perfect all the time, it's actually impossible I'm pretty sure. So as long as your consistent you will reach your goals. Hugs!

Times like those are when I have to get out of the house. Go for a walk, go browse the mall, see a movie, anything to get away from the constant access to food. I find if I'm snacky, I'm really bored and looking for something to do to fill those moment.

I second leaving the house.

When I know I've eaten what I should have at that point in the day, but have an urge to mega snack, I'll usually go browse Barnes and Noble, Kohls, or someplace like that.

I have little trouble avoiding the food I might walk by in the store, and it gets my mind on something else.

If I have work to do, there's a cafe I visit that doesn't do muffins/pastries/etc and has Wi-Fi and comfy chairs.

I second going some where... or even finding something to do in the house... some cleaning or something that needs done. I snack a lot when bored too so keep your mind busy!
