Default Help...

I want to start the new WW program but am low on money. Could anyone help me out by letting me know how many points I am allowed per day/week and other things I need to know until I get my kit.

Thank you so much...

If you can't afford WW now, I'd use a free service like sparkpeople or dailyplate. They will give you calorie ranges, and you can track your foods.

You really need to get the WW materials to follow that plan.

I started on Sparkpeople for a while before joining WW. It's easy to transition and this way you'll be in control of your plan, not relying on information from others.

Good luck and start today!

not a clue, sorry. I just used those sites to get a basic understanding of the point level I would need and what some of the local places had to eat that were allowed. Haven't tried to find any new point level info since I never followed the plan too much.

best of luck though!!

The new plan is nothing like the old one. Points are computed differently. You won't be able to do it without a calculator and the new information. Plan information is copyrighted. Can you scrap up enough to go to one meeting and get all the information? WW also computes daily points so we can't do it for you. There is no longer a quiz.

Just another website you could try is www.fitday.com. I use it to track all of my calories and exercise. For me, it's been a whole lot more useful than the weight watchers programs were. But that's me. Play around and see what works best for you.
