My Motivating Mini-Goals!
I have 2 separate sets of mini-goals, one for weight and one for fitness.
Current Weight: 155.6lbs.
Mini Goals:
1. 145lbs. (reward = body scrub at the spa!)
2. 135lbs. (reward = skinny jeans and new shoes!)
3. Fit those size 6 jeans in the closet!
4. 125lbs.
5. 115lbs = GOAL WEIGHT!
6. Drink enough water every day!
I'm hoping to be at or near my goal weight by my birthday in March. It's going to take a LOT of hard work, but that would be the ultimate birthday present to myself!
My fitness goals are complicated. I was in a car accident in April that damaged tendons in my ankle, and I'm still having problems with anything more than walking. I can't even wear kitten heeled shoes! I also have joint problems with my shoulders and hips, so I do struggle with fitness. The positive side is that I have FREE ACCESS to a gym and even some fitness classes like spin and yoga. Childcare is the only drawback there. Anyway, my fitness goals are going to be a little weenie-ish until I get a better grasp on what's going on with my health.
1. Walk a mile every day, consecutively for a month.
2. Quickly walk a mile + every day.
3. Do one fitness video every other week day consecutively for 2 months.
4. Be able to do 20 consecutive push ups OFF my knees.
5. Become a "regular" at yoga.
