HI GALS
Sorry I haven't been posting. I was actually working close to home the last 3 weeks but was swamped with "stress"....usually doesn't happen to me at work. We were just under such a time commitment to finish w/o overtime and my boss really wanted me to keep the crew a couple of guys short for the budget....that the carpenters before me blew by 2 months! Being the next guy the weight falls to me....
All is good today, the job came in under my alloted budget and I am getting a day off now to regroup and catch my breath
I have stayed between 187-189.8 all month. I have taken some small steps to lower my calories by buying more "light-weight" soups for my lunches instead of the chunky kind. I am limiting myself to 3 beers a day and water/coffee.
I have been getting a few walks in the last couple of weeks....something I missed for a few weeks with stuff happening.
BRAT ~So glad you are feeling better and are paying some of the debt down...a good move to take weight off in more than one situation
TOOBIG ~ I am so sorry to hear that. We lost a husband of a good friend of ours yesterday (older fellow) and today I read an old high school friend I hadn't talked to in 8 years passed away
