skinny4me. We are like weight loss twins. We have the same starting weight, height, and joined 3FC at the same time. And like you, I gave up for about a year before I started buckling down this past February.
I'm not a morning person either, but I do like exercise before work. It gives me some alone time before I go to the office. And I feel such a sense of accomplishment if I work out in the morning. I don't what it's like to have a child in the house, but perhaps exercise can be your time for yourself.
On mornings I get up to exercise, I go to bed early the night before like 8:30 or 9 pm. That helps a lot.
