Smile Crossed Over..

I have crossed over into the 150's, pretty soon I will be able to place the scale to the gym on the 100lb mark again and not the 150..

Just wanted to share that with you all

love the scale change over ! That's why I don't like digital scales-only tell you the here and now-they don't share where you have been or where you are going.

Thanks a bunch. I really didn't think I would see this day. i am proud of myself for sticking with this for a month now and will keep going. I don't trust scales as far as I can throw them, I trust my freshly washed jeans more..lol

That's great, congrats! I use a digital scale, so I hadn't thought about the whole "shift" to the 100 pound mark on a traditional scale. That would be a HuGE motivation for me. Maybe once I get below 150 I'll seek one out, just to have the ego boost.

Thank you everyone for the support. I have enjoyed this little mini goal met and now I am focusing on the 140's for Labor Day weekend...of to the gym to walk and watch Dr. Oz
