Strangely I've been barely eating 1200 cals/day and feeling totally fine. I just started my journey and the FIRST (and so far only) thing I did was stop grazing all day. I just wanted to limit my eating to when I'm actually hungry (not just bored) and tracking my calories (I'm lazy so I usually round up). Actually, I've felt MORE energetic. Hmmm.....

I know I'll likely need more calories before too long but as long as I feel energetic and happy and I'm losing (I just weighed myself and in about 10 days I went from 185 to 180)... Well I'll stick to it.

I just started my calorie counting on tuesday and ive averaged around 1100-1200....Im not weighing myself until next friday so we will see if this is working for me!!

I had wanted to get in between 1100 - 1200 per day, but I'm only managing about 975 w/20 - 30 minutes of cardio per day. I never feel hungry though.
