Strangely I've been barely eating 1200 cals/day and feeling totally fine. I just started my journey and the FIRST (and so far only) thing I did was stop grazing all day. I just wanted to limit my eating to when I'm actually hungry (not just bored) and tracking my calories (I'm lazy so I usually round up). Actually, I've felt MORE energetic. Hmmm.....
I know I'll likely need more calories before too long but as long as I feel energetic and happy and I'm losing (I just weighed myself and in about 10 days I went from 185 to 180)... Well I'll stick to it.
