What I've learned
Hi Everyone -
So far, counting calories is great. I enjoy doing it. I feel like I'm in control of food, instead of the other way around! I notice that I am able to put food down when I'm done eating. I don't HAVE to eat the ENTIRE sandwich if I'm satisfied. I don't have to keep eating until I'm stuffed to feel satisfied, and there will always be plenty of food for me, I'm not going to be withouth. I think there was always a little voice in my head telling me otherwise, like, "you better eat it ALL NOW because you might never get this again". Now I tell that little voice where to go.....!
