Default What I've learned

Hi Everyone -
So far, counting calories is great. I enjoy doing it. I feel like I'm in control of food, instead of the other way around! I notice that I am able to put food down when I'm done eating. I don't HAVE to eat the ENTIRE sandwich if I'm satisfied. I don't have to keep eating until I'm stuffed to feel satisfied, and there will always be plenty of food for me, I'm not going to be withouth. I think there was always a little voice in my head telling me otherwise, like, "you better eat it ALL NOW because you might never get this again". Now I tell that little voice where to go.....! Thanks for listening.

I totally agree about not feeling restricted and absolutely love calorie counting. I think the best thing about it is that you can eat ANYTHING you want within your calories for the day. If you want pasta or chocolate or cheese or whatever, just make sure it fits in to your daily calories and you'll still lose weight. Congrats & Good luck! xoxo
