I'm not down any but my stepdad asked me if I'd been losing weight and told me how he could definatelly tell . So that made me feel pretty good .That'll give me some motivation to go on till the weight starts coming off again .

Well, weighed in today. Nothing lost. nothing gained. I know thats normal and its normal to be discouraged but all i can do is trudge forward and keep trying. I knew the first 15 came off so fast, guess my body needs to catch up before it can lose more. Oh well, moving on.

I'm exactly where I was last week. I feel like I lose focus on weight loss when my plate gets full with other things. Between custom orders in my online shop, shipping, my son, my husband, keeping up on housework, winterizing, vacation etc. I've just lost focus.

Boy do I need you guys! I wish I lived close enough to one of you to have a walking buddy. I've been looking for one for almost 4 years and have yet to find someone I can count on. Ugh! I'm eating light today, started with Cheerios and hope to finish my custom orders so I have time for that darned elliptical. At least I walk to and from the post office daily. =0)

I would be your walking buddy! I need it. I've totally lost focus too. I stopped writing down my calories for a few days. Of course, I thought "I'll be fine, I'll keep track in my head" Bad idea. Then, before I know it, I'm completely off plan. I need to get back on track this coming week. I need to get pepped up again. Weegreenlassie, you sound like your doing really well, way to go! I think I better read around 3fc tonight to get myself motivated.

For those of us that are needing some inspiration

Well I weighed and I'm down another pound!! 194...I couldn't believe it I had to weigh 3 times to makes sure...I still can't believe it
And I couldn't have done it with out you all I love you guys

Aiming for my 10%!!! So I have 12.2 more lbs. to go..! That may actually be too low of a goal, but with the Holidays coming I don't want to aim too high, because I want it to be a reachable goal.

Everyone is welcome to our challenge. I'm catching up on all your progress so forgive me for not congratulating anyone yet. Keep up the great work and remember that we don't have much more time. Every ounce gone is a great accomplishment.

Hi Chicks. 45 days to go! I've really had a bad week with food. I had an event to go to yesterday and I think I was a little stressed out about it so my diet was totally out the window. The halloween candy has got to go! But, this week I'm re-focused and determined to be down on my weigh-in day.

This week I'm going to track my calories and make sure I get some kind of exercise in every day. And drink my water, too!In 45 days I have plenty of time to loose a few more pounds at least. I'm only down 1.2 at this point. But it's something.

What's everyone else up to? Any specific strategies or changes you're making to make this happen?
