I'd say, keep your calories close to 1300 as you are doing, and increase your activity level. The walks are good, but maybe make it 30 minutes twice a day, or one long walk for 40 minutes a day. The exercise video should be at least three times a week, maybe four. See how that goes!

yeah i am on the "give it time" band wagon also, it takes a lot for your body to adjust...just when you stop losing weight you body changes, and then back to losing weight, ect....it is a cycle just like anything else, and you have lost a lot of weight, it will take time to see movement sometimes, give yourself a break....as long as you are not gaining, I wouldnt worry much.
