Still out here!

Today I'm back on the wagon!

Breakfast was 1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese, 1/2 banana, and 1 slice of toast.

Lunch was 4oz roast chicken and 1 cup blueberries.

Dinner will be salad with no fat dressing and a ground beef patty.

I've put in 30 minutes brisk walk and have 1/2 hour weight lifting to go...and my husband isn't even looking!

GREAT JOB KERRY and CUPPAJOE!For sure you gals get the YOU'RE NOT CHEATIN'

Not that good here ~ started out good with the oatmeal and turkey bacon. For lunch I came home and had 2 leftover pieces of chicken and then opened up a can of campbell's bean soup. Angie and I went out for dinner, I had fish and chips...BUT...I brought some fish and fries home...never would have happened before...and...as usual...I am over my 2 beer limit already!

I like sneaking out for ice cream once in a while. I feel like, the world doesnt have to know if its once in a blue moon. And it feeds my soul.

Hi everyone,
Hope everyone is having a great day so far! I have been op today with my eating so far. Plus I got a 30 minute walking video in this morning before heading off to work. They let me off work 45 minutes early today. So I came home to change clothes, relax for a little bit and then am heading off to watch my stepsons' ball games in the local baseball tournment. The number has went down on my scale. But I am not going to get too excited at the moment. Not until I have my offical weigh-in at TOPS on Tuesday night.
Hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday! I 'll check back in with you all later.

Hey Veggie ~ Cuppa and Kerry,

I am taking a quick break. I am removing a beach sand finish off my daughter's bedroom wall...harder than putting it on! It's is sure burnin' a few calories! After I am done with that I will be putting on a putty coat of taping sompound before I re-texture it.

Kerry enjoy the ballgame...wish I was at one!

Happy Sunday to everyone,
Hope everyone is having a great Sunday and staying op. I was up and had to leave early today for round 2 of the baseball tournments. So didn't get my workout in today. But I guess I can take one day off a week. Went to McDonald's to grab something for breakfast. Was naughty and had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Then after the boys had a bad attitude they lost their first game today. But it was back to McDonald's to treat them to lunch. So I had a Southwest Salad for lunch. Came home and took a short nap. Now it is time to get ready and go to the city pool for a pool party for the boys' regular ball season team. But I don't think I will be swimming since they are a wild group of boys and there won't be any room in our small city pool to really do any kind of swimming. But tomorrow you can bet that I will be back doing my workout routine.
Hope Gary you got your daughter's bedroom wall taken care of yesterday. After all that hard work,I bet you sure did enjoy that beer!
Well I better close and get my butt in gear to go to the pool. Chat with you all later.

Hi Everyone,
Hope everyone is having a great day staying op! I haven't had a great day. It's my dh's birthday. You think it was a national holiday and that everyone and everything had to come to a screeching halt. He was mad because of his sons' behavior and attitudes on the ball field yesterday. But instead of taking care of it yesterday after the game, he waits until today when they come over. Then he gets on his daughter's case about her weight. Needless to say it has not been a fun day here at our house. Even though I didn't get my workout in for the day. I did clean house and sweat up a storm so I am counting that as my workout for the day. I have been too busy to really think about food. So that is a good thing. I did eat some cereal this morning. Went to my MIL's for salolam (sp) patties and homemade marcorni and cheese. Just had very small portions of each. Then came home and finished cleaning. Now I am getting ready to go to work here in a little bit. I will probably come home and just crash this evening after work. Hope you all have a great evening. THanks for letting me vent.

New on this thread, but thought I would jump on in.

So far so good, I'm at 1056 with dinner left to go. I'm thinking baked chicken and green beans.

I'm actually quite proud that I DIDN'T cheat today. I nanny two kids and they made a fresh batch of fudge brownies yesterday that were sitting on the counter ALL DAY LONG. I am happy to say that I did NOT even have ONE taste!!! Their mom did have leftover Jambalaya in the fridge that I had a cup of for a snack. It was a much larger snack than I would have liked, since I usually have apple slices or baby carrots, but ended up being only 130 calories.

Even when I DO cheat, the whole world can know because I log everything I eat in my FitDay Journal. It's a bit of an incentive to stay faithful, because I know everyone can see what I'm eating!

Things got a lot better because I didn't go to work tonight. My dh and I had talked about it last night and then right before I went out the door to go to work. He told me if I was not happy at the job, that I didn't have to stay. He could tell that it was making me depressed. So I drove to the parking lot, turned around and came home. Called in and said that the job was just not for me. They said okay and was fine with it. Went out with my dh tonight since it was his birthday. We went and had a cheeseburger for dinner. Then went over to a friend's house so they could play cards. When everyone asked me why I was not at work, I told them that I had quit since the managers were not willing to work with me. Then they all inform me that it was a big drug place. So I am glad that I got away when I did. I don't need involved in that kind of garbage and ruin my teaching career or something stupid like that. I don't do drugs and don't want involved with them. So today turned out better this evening. Thanks for the encouragement. It was much appericated.
Kayla welcome to our little chearters group. Great job on not eating the brownies. Very good will power.
Gary you had a great day! Hope you kept it up with dinner!
Hope everyone else had a great day too! I have my TOPS meeting tommorow night. I am hoping that I have a good weigh-in.
Well I think I am going to close and go to sleep now. Chat with you all later.

HEY CHEATERS ~

Well gals, today I have done pretty well for me. I, AGAIN, had oatmeal and 3 pieces of turkey bacon for breakfast. Snack was a granola bar and carrots , lunch was a turkey, tomato and lettuce on wheat sandwich with celery and broccli instead of my ~ OLD USUAL ~ chips. Dinner will be a salad Angie is making, prety much a chef salad.

KERRY ~ I am glad things went well with DH last night. I hope the job situation works out best for your family. Have a good TOPS meeting!

Well I will jump in here and say today went pretty well: breakfast was toast, lite cream cheese and grapes, protein bar for snack, chicken on whole wheat, carrots and apple for lunch and another protein bar for snack. Did CHEAT though I made rice crispy treats for my boys and had one! Didn't taste that great, too much sugar. Felt Guilty so I hopped on treadmill!

Well I got 3/4 of the lawn mowed. But the heat and humidity got to me, so I stopped for the day. My dh was nice and thoughtful today and got me lunch. He got me a Mandrin Orange Chicken Salad, Iced Tea and a small chocolate Frosty from Wendy's. Let me tell you that was a good lunch. So I will be good for dinner and not ruin all the good work I did mowing the lawn, by eating junk. I will finish the lawn tomorrow morning. Hopefully it will be a little bit cooler. Well I better think about getting my act together. We have a birthday party to go to in a little bit.
