Looks like I need to hand out some NOT CHEATIN' awards to ~

MOM-TO-COLE ~OK...you did cheat a little but if made up for it by doing the treadmill and by not eating the whole bag of

KERRY ~ You are not going to lose EVERY week..way to stay focused!

STEELSLADY ~ WOW! 8 calories left!!

OK dears ~ I did pretty good again today. I had a bowl of oatmeal and 3 pieces of turkey bacon for breakfast, carrots and celery for a snack, salad for lunch and the a box of rasins. I am on my second beer after work...no award for me yet Still waiting for Angie to call me for dinner...so we shall see if I get an award.

BUT GREAT JOB FOR MY FELLOW CHEATERS!

Hi Cheaters - or not - as the case may be.

Kerry, Just keep doing what you're doing and the weight will come off. It's not unusual to have some weeks without a loss.

Today was a good day again for me. Day two of no cheats. It is so much easier to not cheat when I have to work. Of course I love vacation days but it is so easy to get off track on those days.

Congrats to those who haven't cheated. to those who have.

Yeehaw!!!! Day two of not going over my calories! I still have another 217 calories left for today- me thinks I'm going to have one piece of Light Raisin Bread (been craving it all day, saving it for my night snack, heh heh) and two Wasa Crisps with Roundel Garlic and Herb spread and a tall glass of Totally Light 2 Go, Wild Berry/Pomegranate Antidoxant for my beverage. MMMMMM MMMMM I have an extra 20 calories left over- anyone want to buy them?

Congrats to the non-cheaters today, and to the cheaters- I hope you enjoyed the yummies, jump back on the wagon tommorrow so you can cheat again next month.

GARY ~ this is a very funny thread. I was always wondering as I perused around this site, lurking here and there ~ am I the only one who has a treat, I mean, cheat now and then. So many people have stalls like I did last winter; that's why I came to this site in the first place.

Last Christmas was a bomb for me! Treats and chocolate and goodies everywhere you went; I bought gobs of them, then ended up giving 2/3 of them away after a guilt binge. OH, I ate my fair share, of course, just before my beloved departed, departed ~ LOL.

Do you think that I am having a love affair with food? Is that cheating? Yes, I am married ~ oops!

Oh, and BTW ~ just how many do you have a day, GARY? tsk, tsk, tsk ...

But seriously, I am doing better these days ~ but, no doubt, I will never be able to totally give up my treat days; and I dunnawanna!

HI FELLOW CHEATERS

Yes I did cheat "MYSELF" today. I started out pretty good though. For breakfast I had oatmeal and 3 pieces of turkey bacon again. For a snack I had carrots and celery AGAIN, for lunch I had a salad and raisins. I had 2 beers when I got home from work...so far so good (for me) then Angie says "You ready to go get dinner?"...I just remembered that I had told her that I wanted KFC for dinner, I have a KFC attack about twice a year and this week was one. Sure, off we go...she drives (my 2 beers) and pulls up and orders the 8 piece...grilled. Thinking QUICKLY I BLURT out from the passenger side "12 PIECE half grilled, half extra crispy".... (since it was her, me and nephew)DANG! I shoulda stayed with Angie's order!

Anyway, I did have a piece of grilled but also 2 pieces of crispy. I would have had more...in the old days! So I guess I did better...plus no biscut or mashed potatoes.

Did drink my third beer though. oops!

So today no award for me....BUT......... I do have a few awards to give out

ROSEBUD gets a YOU'RE NOT CHEATIN' because she came over here from another site of ours and admitted she is a CHEATER. Welcome dear!

STEELSLADY gets a YOU'RE NOT CHEATIN' today because of her "snack"...I have never heard of those things...are they anywhere near the potatoe chips?

TAMMY gets a YOU'RE NOT CHEATIN' because she admits that SHE DID NOT CHEAT!

Have a great Thursday gals!! and remember when we cheat...it not only hurts us...but our loved ones too!

Be good to yourselves gals...but in a healthy way!!!

Evening everyone,
I had a good day today. We went shopping for new tennis shoes and workout clothes today. Stopped at Taco Bell and had two soft tacos with lettuce, cheese and meat. I usually go for the sour cream and extra goodies. But stayed at that! Then for dinner had a 6 inch Subway Club on wheat with veggies. So I did good today with my eating. Can't say that I got my workout in though. Had to go shopping, then went to job training for a part-time job and then went bowling this evening. So I am one tired person right now. I will throw a few extra minutes into my workouts though on Thursday and Friday. Will that make up for not working out today?

I didn't cheat yesterday! I had a planned meal in a restaurant on a date, but we split an entree instead of eating an entire one each ourselves.

Phantastica that is a great idea for eating out at a restaurant. So what did you have? I would love to do that my dh and I don't always eat the same things.

I did get a very sweaty 30 minute workout in. I did the Leslie Sansone Walk and Jog DVD. So I am off to a good start for the day. Just need to think of how to eat my dinner with my new job's hours? It is from 5 to 10 M,W,TH, and F. Once I go back to school in Sept. it is will be hard for me to eat dinner once I leave work at 4 and go staight to my other job. So I need some healthy suggestions here, please?

Well....blast it all! I cheated myself out of making my Birthday Goal. I cheated the whole week prior and am sitting here almost where I started. Had a supper salad this evening as I tried to drag myself back onto the wagon...arrrrrgh!

HI GALS ~ well I "think" I cheated today...you have to keep in mind that I am on no set diet right now, just trying to start doing better.

Breakfast was AGAIN ~ oatmeal and 3 pieces of turkey bacon

Snack AGAIN ~ carrots and celery

Lunch ~ here is the problem...I came home for lunch and had leftover KFC ~ coleslaw, beans and 2 crispy and 1 grilled pieces of chicken

Afternoon snack ~ 2 beers...so far

Angie says dinner is salad with chicken in it...this should be good for me!

All I can say is that it is a good thing that I have tons of awards ready to give out!!

KERRY ~Great job on the tacos! You earned a YOU'RE NOT CHEATIN' I just gotta see you plan with that up-coming schedule!

TGIF!!! Hope everyone had a great day!
I think I might have figured out what to do with my healthy dinner and snack ideas for my evening job. I start work at 5 and have to work until 10. So I went to the store today and picked up a pack of Slim Fast Shakes and Slim Fast Snack bars. So on my first break, I will drink my shake and on my second break have my snack bar with a bottle of water. I will let you know how that works.
I was a good girl too today. We went out to lunch at Wendy's with the kids. So I got a grilled chicken sandwich and a baked potato. So I was proud of myself for not eating those greasy french fries. Plus I had an unsweetened iced tea. I got up this morning and did a workout video with Denise Austin. That lady is just a little too perky and bounce at 8 in the morning. LOL But atleast I got the workout in.
I hope everyone else has had a great day with eating and getting in some form of exercise.
Well I better go and get ready for work. I will chat with you all later. Have a great evening!
