I thought I was doing so good. I could not believe that it was that high. The thing is, I am still hungery. I figure that with my excersizing I should be eating between 1300-1500 a day. I looked at what I ate today and there was really nothing bad. B-yogurt, whole wheat Enlish muffin with 2pc lunch meat and 1oz cheese -
L-Progresso chick. noodle soup with lean pocket
S-Fiber One bar
D- Chick. breast, broccoli, noodles
I don't think it looks too bad. Maybe I am missing something. I just feel like I am hungery all the time. I need to know what I am doing wrong and how I can maybe fix it.
