I actually just ripped a few things out of a SHAPE magazine for yummy sounding popsicles.. I'll post em in a little bit for you all. I can't wait to try em.
Also ladies I was thinking about maybe every week trying to think of something that can help us either with our weight or just with out happiness
So I'd love to hear everyones ideas... and every week we can try to add a new
WEEK IDEA... I'm thinking to start off... listen to great music for at least 15 minutes a day... and dance or sway to the music... listen to it loud (speakers or ear phones) and feel good... that always makes me smile!
