I got one at half stone, 1st, 1 and a half etc... and I have a slimmer of the month one. I got slimmer of the week twice, but they don't give you it unless you stay to class.

My boss is going to be coming with me from Thursday, so we can keep each other motivated.

Woo hoo. I've been between 158 and 160 for months now, but this morning the scales said 157. I don't know whether it will be permanent, but I'll take it. It's also given me a bit of motivation to be good over the weekend to make sure I see that number again on Monday!

WTF??? I didn't see 157 this morning...

it was 155

I'm not quite sure whether to believe it, on one hand I was very good over the weekend, on the other is it really possible to lose nothing for months and then three pounds in a week? I have no idea where that came from!

Still, 11 stone 1 sounds very nice to me

11st 1lb sounds very nice to me as well - but I'm not likely to see that for at least another 6 months.

Well done, Helen! You must have done something very right.

That's really good Helen. It must be partly due to this low appetite you have at the moment.

I wish I had that!

I put on 2lb! I blame the frenchman ..again. He gave me a nectarine in place of the usual chocolate and you know how calorific nectarines are, don't you peeps! (wink wink!)

That smily is so funny. Well done Lou on the 3lbs

Sorry Peacock for the 2lbs! It's probably just a blip - some weeks you go up, some you go down, as long as there is a downward trend in the long-run....

Pretty pleased with my 9lb loss so far, I just hope I can keep it up!

Yes it was a bot bad for me to put on after I lost weight last week When I gain my friend loses and it goes the other way around as well.

I should blame it on the picnic I guess. I did rather pig out.

Well done on the 9lb so far. I am still 2lb short of my stone goal - boo hoo.

Just eat really well for the next couple of weeks. You'll get there and then you will feel so pleased with yourself.
