HONEY? What's bad about honey?

You really should complain about those personal trainers at your gym - tell the management they never do any work and you've never seen them "train" anybody!

Can I have a T-shirt??

Oh that e-mail! I should've done shouldn't I?! But I don't want to appear as snotty as she did, so I shall ignore her! Either that or I will compose the nicest e-mail on the planet and make her feel guilty!

I've just got back from a nice sweaty 10 minute run! I think the fleecey long sleeves and double thickness jogging bottoms better be replaced with thin things! I'm aiming for running in a crop top in another year!

Frus, I dunno what the content of your latest blog entry was, but access to the site has fallen foul of my firm's pornography blocker! I could access it OK the other day from work, so it must be something in today's post - I hope you weren't using foul language or anything, young lady! You should be ashamed of yourself!

Humph - I can't even access my own blog at work because of the same blocker...I obviously cuss and swear far too much!

Erm there may have been SOME language in it..... I can't imagine why... I mean I wasn't annoyed or anything...

Edit: Just re-read it, I used @rse! I think that's about it! Fairly restrained methinks!

Pound off this week. Not bad cause I'd convinced I'd put on, being as it's that TOM! I put on 2 and a half lb last month.

Yeah and I want a t-shirt too! Justice for fat chicks indeed.

It's Kyk being utterly bad at housekeeping!!! I'm so disorganised!

Poor YP, stop rubbing it in Heva Caterpillar!!!! I share your pain, being a lifelong Richmond Tigers supporter. This is why I don't follow English Premier League. In my heart of hearts I am a Man City girl, but i have had enough pain in my short little life, I just can't take any mroe utter frustration and tears watching a team do well one week, utterly appalling for four weeks, then well again. It's just not fun.

I went to Pilates tonight. I don't know what happened, but we all started giggling (whilst lying on our backs gripping our legs in weird poses) and it was really funny. Our teacher was in tears. Whoever said exercise wasn't fun?

Off to do battle at work, it was the worst day ever yesterday. One of the departments was incredibly busy, and asked me to help out. Only thing is, I'm not trained in their work, so god knows how many mistakes I made!!!!

Woohoo, I have a half day at work today, because I'm seeing Depeche Mode at the NEC tonight! All you youngsters talking about Goldfrapp and Radiohead gigs are making me feel really old and past it - it's Depeche Mode this month and Gary Numan next month for me - I'm about ready for my zimmer frame I think!

But I was playing Goldfrapp in the car this morning, so I'm not totally out of touch am I?

My parents live 15 minutes away from the NEC so we're staying with them until Saturday night - there is a BIG nosh-up planned for Saturday lunchtime as all my sisters will be there...I need me some !!

Morning. I'm not dead or gone back to my old wicked ways, I've just got DH at home so we went to the coast again yesterday and I've got blood tests and and ECG today.

Frus, Does that woman have someone in charge of her? They really ought to know how she's behaving. Condescending b*t*h!

OMG - DH wants to move to the seaside and he's serious about it this time!

I missed you Sarah! Go seaside! Sea-side sea-side sea-side

Goldfrapp... Football..... Rugby.... I don't know anything about anything!

Oh about the e-mail - I phoned Stephen Green, just to head him off about the snotty woman before she got onto him all indignant that I hadn't heard of her organisation or whatever!! Anyway I don't need crap from Uni people, especially when 1) I've graduated and 2) I didn't even go to her Uni!

Had a good eating day yesterday, double kickboxing didn't burn too many calories, just some slow sparring and break-falls and then I was giving a private lesson for the second class! Only one other person showed up!

Oooh payday today! I am going to treat myself to some proper running shorts and a nice top. I've got 20% off at JJB when you spend £30 in this month's Zest.

We are off to Borough market tomorrow morning too, I don't have a kickboxing class so we will have a slight lie-in! Then there's steamy engines running out of Marlybone Station, so we will go and see them too! Then hopefully home for a nap!

I've been stealing recipes from the LWL forum and I'm going to bake this weekend... I'll let you know how it goes!

Thinking about running 10K tonight, I will see how buggered I feel by the time I get home! I have to go pick up our marriage licence too.
