What made you think of it then I thought of trying it months ago but had my lazy can't be bothered head on then did 30 minutes today before "numb bum" syndrome kicked in next invention is "soft seat" i'll be sewing two cords to a cushion to tie onto seat we'll see if that helps tomorrow

That's really great Cat, I'm so impressed, that shows true dedication. Perhaps we should have awards for those who have worked especially hard - how about a halo ? My award for my recent efforts should be this
What a tidy space, I'd not dare to show anyone where I'm surfing from - too many piles of games (my 'little' dears', not mine, honest!) and towers of paper, etc.

Thanks Cat, very generous of you, I dare not go to weigh in this week as I know how bad I've been!!

I never got around to riding a proper bike myself 'cos the saddles are so uncomfortable. I never learned to ride as a child 'cos my Dad was a policeman and saw the results of too many bike/car crashes and the roads were too busy (We lived in the Guernsey in the Channel Islands, lots of narrow roads and too many cars, even way back in the 60's). On a lighter note, Bikes were the reason my hubby and I got together, as he offered to teach me to ride his . I can ride in a straight line, but can't take my hands off the handlebars to signal !! My Mum has a great exercise bike but doesn't often use it. Wish I had the room, and I'd take it off her. It's a great idea surfing at the same time, not so boring - or you could listen to the radio - what's that like in your part of the world?

Already thought of that Frus I have one on my "proper" bike and went downstairs to nick it a couple of nights ago but it did'nt fit my bike has a slimline seat (like sitting on a razor blade as that guy in the ad used to say ) and the exercise bike seat is a lot wider although wider does'nt necessarily mean comfier (ooh err missus!)

Tai, Radio is good but I usually have tv on which is to the left of my puter on the pic I surf the net, watch telly and peddle

Cat.. you re doing excellent with all that exercise

I didn't get to curves today, but I did walk and shall do my weights before beddiebyes.
Have you thought about shoving a pillow down your drawers before you sit on the razor blade? That way it wouldn't slip off the seat as you peddled
