Thanks

My scales have gone mad first they weighed me as 7 down today so I moved them around and they said 2 down. I better start weighing again at Boots my scales are rubbish and get moved about far too much on a wonky floor.

You're not on your own Lauren I don't know how many POUNDS of chocolate i've eaten over the last few weeks or how many pints of lager and i'm a worse chocoholic now than i've ever been ( If thats possible!) i'm even craving the stuff as soon as I get up I desperately need to get a grip and start a plan soon. I don't know whats the matter with me i'm in a "why bother? who cares?" rut and i'm fed up no pun intended

FREE Chocolate? they would have to have lots of stock in if I every go I like dark chocolate too Frus but not as much as milk so I don't think that that would make much difference although it is supposed to be a better choice

Hiya MandyJane Well Done on your weightloss so far come back often

Hooray, January nearly over!!!! On target to stay the same weight wise this week, anything lost will be a bonus. I've tried really hard and been really hungry. Any tips as to how to beat the evening munchies would be appreciated, as I get bored and end up in the kitchen. Even if I'm not there on my own account my little dears are always ravenous and I'm making round after round of toast, help!

Padlock the cupboards! kidding!

Why not try chewing gum ar cleaning your teeth every time you have to make toast!!

Perhaps start knitting or something like that....
